 Handle all daily correspondence pertaining to the resort on behalf of the CEO/Director
of Sales
 In charge of logistics for all management as well as VIP customers patronizing the
resort
 Administration wise, taking care of all administrative duties at the head office in
Phnom Penh (filing, faxing, money transfers, scanning, daily reports etc)
 Assisting the CEO in all translation activities when needed ( English to Khmer)
 For reservations using RoomMaster Program & created reservation schedule (Panel)
to handle the bookings for resort which has limited inventory
 First contact of liaison for local or internationally clientele via e-mail, phone, and fax
 Sent out contracts to in-country and out of country to travel agents/tour operators
with constant follow up with promotions etc.
 Follow up on all outstanding billings
 Handled human resources issues when requires mediation at the resort
 Promoted to central Reservations Manager to handle Phnom Penh and Angkor
property
 Handled direct booking local and internationally via Globe key booking engine, e-
mail, phone and fax
 Received group booking from oversea travelers, travel Agent and other corporate
clients
 Responsible for allotment given to Expedia, RatesToGo, Design Hotels and GTA
 Compiled weekly and monthly room reports
 Incharge of a reservation supervisor and one reservation agent
 Handled all activities with regards to reservations, physical check in and check outs
 Did in house room tours for agents and customers
 Handled all reservations after office hours via the Globe key booking engine
 Corresponded with confirmation of request via email, fax and telephone
 Also handled Food and Beverage group booking reservations, tours in country
and transportation
 Guided in house clients to travel agents for onward requirements
