INTRODUCTION
1.1

PURPOSE OF PROJECT CHARTER

The SamePage project charter documents and tracks the necessary information
required by decision maker(s) to approve the project for funding. The intended
audience of the SamePage project charter is the project sponsor and senior
leadership. The purpose of this project is to get Service Finder and Consultants on
the same page for their desired needs. This project charter include the needs,
scope, justification, and resource commitment as well as the projects sponsor(s)
decision to proceed or not to proceed with the project.

PROJECT AND PRODUCT OVERVIEW

Website provides services of Lawyers, Doctors Teachers and others but initially we will
launch the lawyers phase. Making the decision on report provided by RnD, as there is no as
such place available for the users to discuss their legal issues directly with experienced
Lawyers.

JUSTIFICATION

BUSINESS NEED
IT Company wants to extend their business by making some new products which is not
available in markets or if they are available they are not as good as people want them. In
this scenario, after some research they come up with this idea and putting efforts to make
this idea in to the hands.

SCOPE

OBJECTIVES
The main objective of this project is to create a User friendly website where both service
finder and consultants come closer. It will add some benefits to company in term of its
profile and revenue off course.

GOAL

Design must be user friendly.

Gather good consultants to sites for every user.

Provide more feasible way of communication between both Finder and

Consultants.
Generate 40% of the initial investment in 6 months.

HIGH-LEVEL ALTERNATIVES ANALYSIS

Company always sets some alternatives to the project or product. In this website, if it
seems to be a failure after proper planning it will immediately suspended by the
organization and sends all the resources to different projects so that it cannot waste more.

ASSUMPTIONS
As all these sales of products depends upon the live chat method so its very
necessary to have a fully backup and secure server and it should executes
through some server other than the one where the site is hosted.

1.10 CONSTRAINTS

1- Design flexibility
Design should be user friendly, so that no one gets frustrated for finding
their desired things on the site.
2- Cross browser availability
Site must look same on all the frequently use browsers ( FireFox, Google
Chrome, Safari, Opera ,IE ).Site should be fully responsive as well.
3- Freeze Business requirement
Business requirement are well defined, and no margin of differ approach.
Everyone is get connected on the SamePage and everybody is clear with
the idea of the site.
4- Approximate Time
Approximate time for the deployment of first phase is 6months.
5- Availability of resource

Designer and UI developer will work on the new version of site along
with the other project they are working on. Once the design will
approved and UI developer provide the UI code to web developers,
developers should be allotted to the project to work dedicatedly.
1.11 RISKS

As it is a new product in the market so there are always risks attached. There
will be marketing team as well whose role is to get finders and consultants on
the site.

project manager for this project. He will be
responsible for selection of appropriate and
fully capable team for this website
enhancement and development project. He
will be responsible for developing and
providing project plan, developing the
project scope , providing the designs for the
website, scheduling the monitoring and
controlling activities while execution phase.
From now Mr Saad is responsible till the
implementation and closet of the project
and takes all the necessary measures that
require so that development may not hinder
by any disturbance and things will drive
smoothly.
