Event Set-Up: All vendors may begin setting up by 9 am on Saturday October 8, 2016. The festival
will promptly begin at 12 noon. All setup must be concluded by 11:30 am (10/08/16)

PLEASE TAKE THE TIME TO READ THIS CONTRACTUAL AGREEMENT IN ITS ENTIRETY)
Thank you for your interest in the 1st Annual Carroll County Food Truck Festival! As one of our
participating vendors, you will be fully marketed on our webpage (www.ccfoodtruckfest.com), via social
media, and listed in our event brochure.
Please note that the following terms/conditions are legally binding in the State Of Maryland. All
contracts should be executed with confidence. We have an enforceable NO REFUND policy which applies
to all of our vendors.
Vendors may begin promptly setting up at 9 am on Saturday October 8, 2016. Due to the high vendor
count and the nature of the event, there will be no exceptions. All vendors must be set up by 11:30 am
(10.08.16) as the event will promptly begin at 12 noon.
As a vendor, you are required to assist in the marketing of the event. Please share the event and post
the related event flyer.
There is no storage space at the event. Please keep all extra materials in your vehicle.
ALL vendors are required to provide the following information (if applicable) by September 1, 2016.
- Food Permit For Carroll County
- Business License
- Business Insurance Policy
- Completed Registration Form With Payment Information

______In the event of weather conditions, fire, disaster, acts of God, labor disputes and any other
emergency situation beyond Macy & Marie's control, the event producer will at their discretion
reschedule and/or secure an alternate venue for the event. The vendor agrees that the terms and
conditions set forth in this agreement shall apply to any rescheduled/relocated event. The event
producer (Macy & Marie) shall not be liable to the vendor for any loss or damage suffered by the event
producer (Macy & Marie) by reason of rescheduling and/or relocation of the event.

true success with the team work form our wonderful vendors. Our extensive social media presence can only
do so much to create ticket sales. We CAN NOT and WILL NOT guarantee a particular amount of event
attendees. Please make sure that you secure your vendor space with confidence.
_____ Please note that all vendor space sales are FINAL. This serves as a legally binding contract and there is
a NO REFUND/ALL SALES FINAL policy in place for all events produced by Macy & Marie.
