• Decide where and when you are going to meet during this portion of the day

• The 4 C Goal the committee is operating under "Character"
• Use Framework Document - Yearly Implementation Plan/Checklist
• Committee/Team Activities related to Building Goals - Monthly Non Cad Winners, Monthly Winners that
meet with Kerri and Parents, Dodgeball, Winter Olympics, Basketball, etc.
• Next steps according to Implementation Checklist (should include revision and review of year 1 as well)

help with universal literacy strategies
