ZIPPY SHELL (2013 PRESENT), STARTUP / LAUNCH MANAGER
Pursued business investment opportunity and launched this consumer services company providing an innovative mobile
storage service in the highly competitive moving and storage market.
Implemented integrated marketing program incorporating extensive 1-to-1 marketing, trade shows, print and broadcast
advertising, public and media relations, sponsorships and digital campaign that incorporates paid search, SEO, and social
media. Developed brand awareness, consistent monthly revenue growth and 100% positive online customer reviews.
Hired and trained all staff, procured and set up equipment, implemented operations, established procedures and scripts

Researched and wrote L-29 program deliverable producing a 10-year global launch services demand forecast,
successfully meeting quality and schedule requirements to earn a $9 million program milestone payment for Lockheed
Martin. Supported congressional, marketing, website, advertising, and public relations strategies and implementation.
PROGRAM ANALYST AT THE NATIONAL AERONAUTICS & SPACE ADMINISTRATION
Wrote congressional testimony and congressional reports. Managed contractor relations for Space Station Program
Manager. Selected to support 1993 Space Station Redesign Team (SSRT) effort. Authored and implemented new NASA
technology commercialization programs to accelerate industry use of NASA technologies. Created/ published Space
Technology Innovation newsletter. Managed the Far-West Technology Transfer Center. Established facility joint use
agreements with industry and government. Served as NASA liaison to local municipal governments. Led marketing for
major NASA Open House event, achieving attendance of 220,000 -- a major public relations success in Silicon Valley.
