Officers were dispatched to 412 E Franklin St for a criminal mischief report. The
victim, Jennifer Bates called stating the tire on her vehicle was flattened. She also
stated a screen to her bathroom window had been pulled up.
Bates stated she came outside to leave for work and when she pulled off she
noticed the tire was flat. Bates stated the tire had been fine when she went to bed
earlier in the night. I could not find a puncture mark in the tire, however it could
have been on the under side where she moved it.
Bates was given a case number for the incident.

Handegard stated she found her front window (kitchen) broken, this morning,
which it was not broken, yesterday. Landscaping rocks and bricks indicate
someone walked or ran through this area. Brick from landscaping was possibly
used to break window.
Handegard has a Protection Order against OFFENDER under 34-26-5, issued
081516. 82D05-1608-PO-004030. Handegard believes Respondent in that case
vandalized her window, violating the Protection Order at the same time.

Officer was dispatched to 5536 Carriage Dr for a theft report. Officer arrived on
scene and was greeted by the victim, a Mr. Christian Ellerbrush. Mr. Ellerbrush
stated he parked his vehicle at his apartment at or around 021-2016 at or around
2350 hours and when he returned to his vehicle this morning at or around 0640 he
noticed his glove box was open.
Mr. Ellerbrush stated he kept his wallet in the drivers door and after further
inspection noticed it was stolen.
Mr. Ellerbrush stated he has a Capitol one card app on his phone and he noticed
one transaction today at Chuckles store number 26 and three transactions at a
Marathon. Two times for gas and one time for $5.77. The application was unable
to provide an address or exact time of the transactions.

Foster and Roby got into a verbal argument that turned physical on the part of
Roby. Roby hit Foster about the face causing a large knot by the left eye. While
Roby also punched Foster in the mouth and caused some minor bleeding on
Fosters lower lip.
Foster was able to get away and went to his grandmothers apartment at 522
Jeanette Benton. From there Foster called police to file a report.
Roby lives with the Foster family.

Listed Victim, Ms Doss, advises that she discovered damage to the West, exterior
wall of her home, located at 3325 CLAREMONT AVE, this afternoon as her
father was mowing the lawn. It appears that something was used to make zig-zag
scribbles all over the wall; some of the scribbles are well over six foot off of the
ground. The scribbles are slightly darker than the color of the siding and it is
unknown what was used to make the marks. It is not spray paint.
There are no known Witnesses; Ms Doss has no Suspects; there is no surveillance
video of the crime occurring.

Victim stated she and the suspect were driving when her vehicle ran out of fuel at
the listed location. Victim went inside and spoke to a man in the office about
getting some help. Victim stated the suspect, her boyfriend of one month, got very
jealous and confrontational. Victim stated the suspect grabbed her purse which
was across her shoulder/neck and ripped it off her body breaking the shoulder
strap and causing minor injury to her neck (discoloration). The suspect fled the
scene prior to officers arriving. Responding officers checked the area, but the

Officers were dispatched to Diamond Ave/Old Business 41 for a hit and run
report. The run card advised that a white 4-door car was struck by a blue SUV with
a "W" emblem on the back. The run card later advised that the offender`s vehicle
left the scene heading west bound.
Officers arrived on scene, and spoke to the victim, James Sinnett. He stated he was
traveling west bound on Diamond approaching Old Business 41, when he felt
another vehicle rear end his car. Sinnett looked at the rear of his vehicle and
observed a light blue SUV had struck him. As he attempted to exit the car, the
offender`s vehicle left the scene west bound. Sinnett could not give officers a
description of the driver.
Officers spoke to a witness, Nicole Newett. She stated she was in the same lane as
Sinnett, when she observed the offender`s vehicle speeding. As the offender came
to the stop light he hit the gas and crashed into the rear end of Sinnett`s vehicle.
The offender then fled the scene. Newett could not give officers a description of
the offender but did say the offender`s vehicle had a "W" emblem on the rear
window.
Officers observed the vehicle had heavy rear end damage. Officers canvassed the
area but was unable to locate the offender`s vehicle.
Sinnett was given a case number.

receiving care. Mrs, Jenkins advised her purse was in the locker approx. 45 mins.
Mrs. Jenkins stated when she got her purse out of the locker she noticed her black
Micheal Kors wallet missing. Mrs. Jenkins did not see anyone around the locker
during her visit to the facility. Mrs. Jenkins was given a case number and was
advised a report would be on file. Mrs. Jenkins was advised to contact her bank
and other businesses ref. the ten credit cards stolen.

Officers met with the victim of a theft of a trailer. The victim stated that he is
doing construction work for the Suburban Inn Extended Stay America, and his
new trailer was stolen from the east side of the Ross Dress for Less building
(behind the building) sometime between 1200 and 1830 on 8/22/16. The victim
stated that the trailer was loaded down with $1200 worth of styrofoam and also
had an aluminum tool box on the front of it worth $200. The trailer had not been
registered yet; the victim only had the title signed to him, and he didn`t have it
with him. The victim was given a case number and advised to contact EPD
Records with complete trailer information.
The victim called back a short time later stating that he noticed a license plate off
of another enclosed trailer was stolen. The victim was advised that it would be
added to the same case number.
