GROUP PROJECT: ANALYSING A COMPANY

1. Each group to select ONE (1) organization (Berhad/Sendirian Berhad/Government Agency).

2. This project require you to assume the role of consultant in the company you have selected.

Key areas to examine:

- Management
- Operating performance
- Financial performance

Identify areas (issues/problems) that need improvement

3. Presentation/Report guideline:

Presentation will be conducted during lecture in week 11-13

Written report is to be submitted 1 week after presentation.

advertisements, press releases, exhibitions, websites, site visits, annual reports, the internet,
newspapers, analysts' reports, market research companies and interviews.
