CHAPTER ELEVEN
Are you joining us NOW?
Are you joining us NOW? we hear many of our volunteers to Earth ask.
Pretty much, is our unified response that we send deep into the
consciousness of the many who are asking us that question.
What do you want me to do? The volunteers usually ask. The awakened
ones are ready and eager to contribute all that they can to the process of
personal and planetary ascension.
Build a team of dedicated ones who can join in Unity Consciousness.
This Unity Consciousness will greatly boost the individual
consciousness of each of you into the greater bandwidth of group

consciousness. Then we ask that each of you share your experiences and
place them in with others.
In this manner, you will begin to make ascension normal. Once
ascension is normal, the fear of the unknown will be easily released.
Then, any one new to the experience of peeking into the fifth dimension
will have a support team with whom they can communicate and share.
In this manner, Unity Consciousness will expand into Planetary
Consciousness. When the greater percentage of consciousness is
calibrated to Planetary Consciousness, Gaia will have the support She
needs to begin Her transition.
Then, the human members of Earths Planetary Consciousness will
merge deeply with whatever area of Gaias body that they are on within
that NOW. Know that there are NO mistakes or accidents in ascension.
Every mistake is merely an energy field that must be balanced and
released, and every accident is that which you have avoided and need a
nudge to remember your chosen mission.
The transmutation from a third/fourth dimensional physical vessel into a
fifth dimensional/and beyond vessel is very challenging for your human
consciousness. To your every day consciousness, the sensation and
process of ascension feels a great deal like impending death.
You have all had many incarnations on Earth in which you died to your
earth vessel. Since your earth vessel remains buried or cremated on
third dimensional Earth, your body does not hold the memory of traveling
into the higher frequencies of reality when you died.
Therefore, you will need to trust your deep, and usually hidden, memories
of other incarnations in which your body died, but the essence of YOU
returned to your higher dimensional body of light.
One thing that will assist you during this NOW is that both you and the
planet are returning to your innate higher resonance of reality. Hence,
those of you who are deeply connected with planet Earth will be able to
merge your personal experience with Gaias planetary experience.
Once one wearing a human form remembers that a planet is a living,
sentient being, their consciousness instantly expands beyond the

third/fourth dimensional limitations of time/space and soars into your

fifth dimensional freedom of ONE with ALL life within that NOW.
We say, within that NOW, because you will all have trial runs and
dress rehearsals in preparation for your process of ascension. You may
well think that you are sick during that experience because your body
will be attempting to release its attachment to its third/fourth dimensional
operating system in order to complete your alignment with your fifth
dimensional operating system.
During this transition, which most of you spread out over a rather long
3D/4D time, you will likely be quite uncomfortable within your
transmuting earth vessel. You may even feel like, or be afraid that, you
are dying.
We wish to speak to this concept in greater depth, as the sense of, or
worse yet, the fear of dying, can lower you state of consciousness. Then,
once your state of consciousness lowers from the threshold into the fifth
dimension and down into the third/fourth dimensions, your experiences
of ascension will stop.
This experience of stopping the process is actually very helpful to our
ascending ones. You would not want to drive a car without brakes, or hike
to the peak of a mountain without stopping to regenerate your energy
field.
In fact, regenerating your energy field is a vital component of your
ascension process. The best manner in which you can regenerate is to
connect with the higher dimensional expression of your multidimensional
self who is assisting you with this process.
Also, when you feel the need for comfort and support, we highly suggest
that you contact your higher dimensional self. Your higher dimensional
expressions of self are YOU.
Just as you may slip your hands into a pair of gloves, you have slipped
your higher dimensional consciousness into your present earth vessel/
physical form. When you put on your gloves, your hands look like the
gloves, not like your skin and bones that are within the gloves. In the
same manner, once you slip on your earth vessel you look like a
human.

But, just as your hands are inside of your gloves, YOU are inside of your
earth vessel. You wear gloves to protect your hands from the inclement
weather when you go outside into the cold, and wear an earth vessel to
protect yourself from the inclement fear of the many humans who are
NOT ready for the truth.
When you chose to incarnate on Earth to assist her with Her planetary
ascension, you slipped your SELF into the earth vessel that you are
currently wearing. The earth vessel that you slipped into needs your help
now.
You have likely forgotten all the training you had before you lowered
your frequency enough to actually wear a third/fourth dimensional earth
vessel. You may even have forgotten that YOU are a fifth dimensional,
and beyond, being of light. Your true resonance is far too high to enter an
earth vessel without damaging it.
For example, if you were to try to wear a childs gloves, you would likely
damage them by trying to squeeze you adult hands into a childs small
gloves. It is for this reason that you only placed the lowest third/fourth
dimensional frequencies of your consciousness into your third/fourth
dimensional physical body and human aura.
Those of you who chose to be awake as a child could feel this being
that was always around you. Your culture likely told you that this being
was God or whatever name your culture used to place a name on that,
which was beyond the frequency of the physical dimension.
Many of your third-dimensional gods were actually just fourth
dimensional beings that were as polarized as their human counterpart
were. Therefore, these gods had many wars to prove that their god was
better than anothers god.
However, a true infinite being, a God, would NEVER suggest any form
of power over, fear-based action or belief. Nonetheless, many holy
wars were fought to see who had the best god. The truth is that GOD
does not fight. GOD resonates to the frequency of Unconditional Love,
Unconditional Forgiveness, and Unconditional Acceptance of ALL life.
Once you, our grounded ones, begin to incorporate the above
unconditional qualities, your process of ascension begins.

Unfortunately, it is extremely difficult to live within the resonance of the

above qualities while you are still wearing your physical earth vessel.
The above Divine Qualities are innate to the resonance of your fifth
dimensional Lightbody SELF. As you continue to try to remember to live
within these fifth dimensional qualities, your consciousness begins to
expand beyond the limitations of your third/fourth dimensional
consciousness and body.
As your consciousness outgrows your physical shell, your process of
returning back to your fifth dimensional and beyond SELF begins. With
the commencement of the activation of your fifth dimensional Divine
Qualities, your third/fourth dimensional consciousness, perceptions,
thoughts and emotions begin their transmutation into the fifth dimension
and beyond.
Transmutation is not the same as change. Change means that new
elements of the same base frequency of your resonance are added to your
sense of self. Change can also mean that you have released some of the
old elements of your 3D/4D operating system.
Transmutation means that the frequency of resonance of any
perception, experience, thought, emotion, desire, etc. has expanded to
embrace the next octave of the reality in which you are currently
engaged.
This octave jump is what is occurring within the consciousness of many
of the humans on Earth. We wish that we could say the majority, but it
has not yet become the majority of humans. However, the aura of an
awakened human holds ten times (or more) light than one who has not yet
awakened.
We say not yet awakened because our awakened ones first assignment
upon remembering their true Multidimensional SELF, is to share that
information in whatever manner best fits the talents and abilities. If
EVERY awakened one spread the word within their own manner, the
process of Gaias ascension into her fifth dimensional resonance would be
NOW.
It is for this reason that we are calling ALL our volunteers to assist with
Gaias ascension to awaken to their true SELF, remember the Mission

that they chose before taking that embodiment, and fulfill the mission that
they chose.
However, some of our brave volunteers have had more trauma then they
can clear without the assistance of others. Fortunately, more and more of
you are recognizing each other and openly assisting your friends from the
Ship who have become lost in the many challenges of the third
dimension.
Of course, these people do not look like your shipmates anymore because
they are now wearing their third dimensional earth vessel. However, you,
our awakened ones will be able to feel your friends. Then, while
remaining respectful for your friends who are currently limited to the
third dimension, you can assist them to awaken to their true fifth
dimensional SELF.
At first you may assist them via your consciousness. If you can make a
consciousness link with that person, you will find a way to
communicate via higher dimensional consciousness. When you have
established this consciousness link, you can greatly assist that person to
fully ground their fifth dimensional energy with the core of Gaia.
Once their fifth dimensional energy field is fully grounded into Earth it is
quite simple for them to remember to send that energy down into the
Earth, to personally plug in to the core of Gaia. In this manner, their
human, personal energy merges with Gaias planetary energy.
This merging process of people and planet occurs once a human gives
their full permission to share their personal energy field with Gaias
planetary energy field. This personal/planetary arrangement only occurs
when your human self is fully aware of your Multidimensional Self.
Once one shares their conscious, fifth dimensional awareness of SELF
with Gaia, they can more easily remember that THEY are greatly honored
to be able to share their vessel in this manner.
We, the members of your multidimensional self, do NOT enter the first
through fourth dimensional aspects of your self, as those frequencies are
still bound by time and the separation that time creates. However, we
have merged our fifth dimensional SELF and beyond with the highest
fourth and fifth dimensional consciousness.

From our perspective, we have always been merged in this manner.

However, you were not able to embrace that concept until you were able
to activate your fifth dimensional thinking.
Many of you may project your experience of us, your Galactic Family, to
the outside of your earth vessel. Then you may wonder why we could
always be where you were. You see, we are YOU, but only in the fifth
dimension and beyond.
Many of you have forgotten that you are the component of those of the
collective consciousness who chose to lower a part of our consciousness,
perceptions, experiences and sense of self into a birthing baby. We,
including you, overlit that baby long before it was born. Many of
you have been talking with your fifth dimensional self ever since you
were born.
In fact, some of you always communicated with us and always knew that
we are your family. We could not give you these exact details until your
society was on the cusp of its great transition. It could have been
dangerous for you to know that information in a world that was still ruled
by Power Over Others. Most of you were already too different for
many and already had enough secrets to keep from the 3D ones.
Many of you never felt comfortable in your body, which is why you had
so many issues with how you looked. On an unconscious level you
remembered your tall, slim Pleiadian body, so you always thought you
were too fat or too short. Also, your mind was so engaged with us
that some of you did poorly in school for many of your Earth years.
Many of you who are NOW awakening to your true SELF, are having the
transmutation symptom of dizziness. Your transmutation symptoms
usually start during your dream state in which you are actually visiting to
another reality. Many of you go to Venus because it was your NOW to
activate a frequency upgrade. However, the upgrade can be quite
challenging for your physical body.
Some of symptoms of transmutation are pain in a weak area of your body,
as well as dizziness that can often last for as long as seven days. The
dizziness is a reaction to the your perceptions being expanded into the
higher frequencies.

Those who are wearing an older earth vessel may have more difficulty
adapting to this upgrade than other, younger people. This experience is
much like putting a new part into an old car. It takes the car a while to
integrate the modern upgrade.
We want you to know that these upgrades will eventually intermingle
with your old fashioned energy patterns. Therefore, you do not need to
be concerned. Many of you who volunteered to be a prototype for the
new earth vessels came into your earth vessel after the close of World
War II.
Numerous couples were separated during the war and wanted to celebrate
being together again by have a new baby. Also, since so many people
died during the war, it was within your animal instincts to create more
humans. Hence, the Baby Boomer Generation was created.
Since this Baby Boomer generation saw many new inventions and
discoveries, they are more innately prepared for the latest discovery that
ETs are REAL. There are many leaders from this generation who
volunteered to see if they could project these new fifth dimensional
energy steams into an older earth vessel without causing damage.
The reality is that all of you will experience discomfort at first, but we are
very happy to say that most of you have been able to adapt quite nicely.
Many arrangements are made during you nightly visits to your Ship to
assist you to consciously recognize that something is VERY different.
Viva la difference! And Hang in there. The clouds are clearing, the Sun
is rising and We, your Galactic Family are coming for a visit. Do you

How I Plan to Prepare Others for First Contact
As I reflect upon my personal contribution to first contact preparation, I
see so many facets that are intertwined. I see it as a three-fold
evolvement of awareness:
Wisdom
First of all, there is importance in actively seeking and searching for the
truth. I see value in focusing on raising the overall knowledge and
awareness of our true history of actual contact with and guidance
received from our galactic family. The truth has been covered up and
pushed aside, and it is time to revive these very significant occurrences.
An important part of this awareness process is understanding that
humanity is reaching an important point in its natural, evolutionary
process.
Our DNA is being activated by the enhanced cosmic energies, and new
abilities are being awakened as we become the new human prototypes.
Awareness of our innate connection to the planet is introduced, and we
claim our recognition that we are one with the planet, GAIA (Mother
Earth), who is an intelligent, sentient, supportive, generous, and loving
being. We begin to understand that our larger galactic family is here to
guide, educate, and empower us to become the evolved human species we
were always intended to be.
Power
Secondly, I envision assisting humanity with the process of awakening to
the true power that lies within. There is potential within each person to
take time to disconnect from the daily routine and survival mode in which
so many find themselves. As meditation and higher self connections
become a regular habit and priority, the creative energy and passion for
life is re-awakened.
As a society, we begin to actively create our own ideal reality as we
become masters of our thoughts, emotions, and transmutational power
(using the violet flame.) We understand that our thoughts create our
reality. We understand that there is much potential, and it is time to be the
change we wish to see in the new and empowered world. We recognize
that we are all connected and are an integral part of a greater cosmic
consciousness. We encourage continual connections in unity
consciousness.

Love
Third, I see the natural evolvement of each awakened person falling into
the embrace of unconditional love. Our Higher Selves, galactic guides,
angelic guides, Inner Earth family, and Divine Complements are invited
and allowed into our beingness as higher states of consciousness are
reached. Emotional maturity facilitates the expansion of our awareness
and enables the connection of our multidimensional mind and our high
heart.
The portals of unconditional love and higher dimensional connection are
opened, and first contact is made within. A new bond is formed, and it
facilitates a continual and ever-expanding influx of continued creativity,
awareness, protection, strength, confidence, awareness, wisdom, love,
compassion, forgiveness, and peace.
In Summary
In conclusion, we each surrender to our higher guidance and connections,
and we begin to embody our higher selves and serve as portals of
awareness, potential, and higher dimensional energy which is anchored
into this dimension and into the core of GAIA. We ARE the new human
prototypes, and we are here to serve as pioneers who are co-creating the
highest possible reality in this frequency to which we resonate.
We share our personal journeys, and we encourage others who are ready
to take the voluntarily step into deeper awareness to claim and activate
their infinite wisdom, multidimensional power, and unconditional love.

We Pleiadians are all abuzz in preparation for our next phase of
contact.Whatthatnextphaseiswilldependgreatlyonwhetherornotour
friends and family on Earth are ready for a clearer, more third

dimensionalexperienceofourpresenceintheirreality.Firstoff,Iwould
liketoexplainmystatementaboutourfriendsandfamily.
Asyoumayknow,manyofushavetakenanearthvesselforacertain
amountofyourtime.Duringthattimewemadefriendsthatwereas
closeasourPleiadianfamilyontheShip.Whenwereturnedtoourtrue
PleiadianselfontheShip,weinvitedyou,ourearthfriends,tojoinuson
theShipinyourfourthdimensionalnightbody.
Many of you have indeed visited us on the Ship in your fourth
dimensional,astralbodywhileyourphysicalformslept.Someofyou
havecometotheShiptouseourRegenerationChambertohealan
illnessorinjury.Othershavecometoattendoneofourmanyeducational
meetings,ortojustvisityourfriends.
Bestofall,you,ourvisitorsarebeginningtoremembermoreandmoreof
yournightvisitsduringyourdailymeditations,writings,activities,and
your fifthdimensional imagination. One of the symptoms we have
noticedamongoureverawakeningEarthfriendsisthatmanyofyouare
beginningtohavemomentsofpeekingintothefifthdimension.
Bythisstatementwemeanthatyouareexperiencingbriefmomentsof
consciousnessshiftintothefifthdimension.Someofyouareawarethat
youareactuallyvisitingthefifthdimension,andothersperceiveyour
experienceasasuddenflashofawareness.Infact,theseflashesarea
temporaryexpansionofconsciousness.
Thesetemporaryexperiencesaremomentsofmergingwithinyourfifth
dimensionalconsciousness.Youallalignwithyourfourthdimensional,
dream state of consciousness while sleeping, but many of you are
beginningtohavetheseflashesintothefifthdimensionwhileyouare
wideawake.
These flashes often arise when you are having fun, being creative,
mergingwithnature,enjoyingyourlovedones,andjustbeforeyoumove
intoameditation.Whatisoccurringisthatyouarealigningwithyour
fifthdimensionalSELF.
Veryoftenyouwillfindthisselfinthesky,inatree,hoveringover,or
in, the water, or even as you gaze into a fire. You are having these

experiencesbecauseyouareexperiencingtheelementalsofthehigher
fourthandfifthdimensions.
These elemental beings, that are the building blocks for all life, are
lookingforoneswhoarereadytoexperiencetheirworld,whichisonthe
veryedgeofyouroctavejump.WithinyourNOW,thethirdandfourth
dimensions,whichyouperceiveviayourbeta/alphawaveconsciousness,
areinterminglingandresonatingwithinthesameNOW.
Becauseofthemergingofthethirdandfourthdimensionalperceptions,
andthusrealities,theoctavejumpintofifthdimensionandbeyondis
bleeding into your daily life. The challenge is that this octave jump
representsadifferentoperatingsystem.
Whereasthethird/fourthdimensionsresonatetotimeandspace,thefifth
dimensionresonatestotheNOWoftheONE.Youmaystillappearasan
individual on the third and fourth dimensions, but on the fifth
dimensionyouareunifiedwiththeONEofalllife.
Withintheresonanceofthefifthdimension,realityisbasedonunitywith
alllife.We,ontheShips,resonatetothefifthdimensionalONEand
beyond,butwealsohaveastrongsenseofourpersonalexpressionsof
self.
One concept that is difficult to understand during your pivotal shift
betweenyour3Dphysical/4Dastralselfandintoyour5DLightbodyself
isthatinthehigherdimensionsthereisUNITYwithindiversity.Weare
allONEwithinourfifthdimensionalreality.However,weenjoymany
differentexperiencesofthatONEbywearingdifferentversionofour
multidimensionalvessels.
WhenwearewithinourfifthdimensionalLightbody,wecanchooseto
createaspacebetweenourselves,andothers,orwecanmergeintoan
everexpandinglightofmultidimensionalunity.Itistheeverexpanding
lightofunityconsciousnessthatisnecessaryforhumanitytobeoftheir
greatestassistancetoGaia.
TherealityisthatALLofyou,whetherornotyouareawareofit,are
movingintoaslightlydifferentandslightlyhigherfrequencyofreality.
Manyofyouarefeelingasthoughsomething,orsomeone,isflying
aroundinyourhead.

NOWisthetimetobrainstormwithyourfriendsand/orfamily.By
brainstormwemeanthatyoutalktootherswithwhomyouaretotally
safetosay,release,feelandexpressthemyriadnewfeelings,thoughts,
perceptions,dreams,ideasandconceptsthatseemtosuddenlybearriving
withinyourconsciousness.
WhatisactuallyoccurringisthatYOUaresuddenlyresonatingtoa
frequency of consciousness that is beyond what you have ever
experiencedinanyofyourphysicalincarnations.
Whatishappeningisthatyouarerealizingandrememberingthathumans
weremeanttobethemostadvancedspecies.However,becauseofthe
interferenceofthedarkones,toomanyhumanarebehavinginafashion
thatnoanimalwouldevertreattheirheard,flock,school,pod,orswarm.
Fortunately,manyofyouareawakeningtothefactthatYOUarethe
childrenofMotherEarth.Infact,YOUarethecollectiveconsciousness
ofalltheversionsofyourMultidimensionalSELFthatyouhaveeverhad
inanyofyourincarnationsonGaiasplanet.
ItiswithinyourtotalunitywithGaia,thatyou,Gaiashumanchildren,
will unite with each other to expand your personal third/fourth
dimensionalpersonal consciousnessinto the next octaves of your fifth
dimensionandbeyondplanetaryconsciousness.
AstheONEbeingofhumanity,youwillALLopenandentertheinter
dimensionalLightPortals.Youhaveallbeenpracticingthisgrand,united
openingformanyincarnations,aswellasonyourShipsandonyour
Homeworlds.
Weaskthat youalsopracticethisoctavejumpduringyourcurrent
embodimentonEarth.Asyoucrossintotheopenedandopeninglight
portals,yourphysicalbodieswillreacttothehigher,fifthdimensional,
living,lightstreams.
Weadvisethatyourememberyourbodyslanguage.Yourpersonalearth
vesselismadeofalltheelementsoftheplanet.Hence,yourearthvessel
cancommunewithGaiatoremindyouofalltheincarnationsthatyou
haveevertakenonthird/fourthdimensionalEarth.

ByrememberingyourmyriadadventuresondearGaia,youwillbeable
tomoredeeplyrememberandunderstandwhatyouhavelearnedduring
yourmanyadventuresonEarth.Then,weaskthatyouremember,andre
connect,withyourmemoriesoflivingonafifthdimensionalStarship.
Wefurtheraskthatmergeyourmemoriesoffifthdimensionalunityon
yourShipwithyourintimaterelationswithGaiaasyourplanetaryhome.
Inthismanner,youwillmoreeasilyrememberhowto:
LivewithinthefifthdimensionalUnityConsciousnessofHEREand
NOW
Whileyourphysicalformlivesinthethirddimensionalseparationof
TIMEandSPACE.
Your fifth dimensional Lightbody is a quantum leap beyond your
third/fourthdimensionalphysicalbody.Rememberthatthefrequency
oftheearthvesselwillgreatlyinfluenceyourstateofconsciousness,and
yourstateofconsciousnesswillgreatlydeterminethefrequencyofreality
thatyouwillperceive.
Your Lightbody is already surrounding, and simultaneously contained
within,yourphysicalbody.However,yourlightbodyisanoctaveleap
beyond your physical earth vessel. Hence, there will be a dance of
synchronizationthatyouwillneedtopractice.Thissynchronizationis:

Synchronize your consciousness with the fifth dimension and

beyond

Synchronizeyourperceptionswithyourfifthdimensional(and
beyond)statesofconsciousness

Synchronizewhatyoueat,howmuchyousleep,whatyouwear,
andwhatyoudowiththedirectiveyouarereceivingfromyourinner,
fifthdimensionalSELF.

SynchronizeyourinnerfifthdimensionalSELFwith
yourhigherfifthdimensionalselfonyourStarshipsandHomeworlds.

YourinnerfifthdimensionalSELFisyourLightbodythatis
waitingtobeawakenedwithintheKundaliniatthebaseofyourspine.

YourhigherfifthdimensionalSELFmeansyourhigherfrequency
SELF,andSELVES,whoresideinthefifthdimensionandbeyond.

YourLightbodyisyourfifthdimensionalbodythatresonatesan
octaveupfromyour3D/4Dbody.

Justasyoumustadapttoyourhigherstatesofconsciousness,
perceptions,diet,thoughtsand emotions,youwillneedtoadaptto
yourfifthdimensionalLightbody.
Weseethatmanyofyouaremakingtheseimportantadaptations.You
maynotevenbeawareofthesechangesthatyourhigherdimensional
consciousness is quietly making in your daily life. However, you are
becomeincreasinglyawareofalevelofbalanceandhappinessthatis
occurringwithinyourlife.
Youmaybesurprisedbythisslow,butsteadyshift,becauseyouare
NOTtryingtobebetter.YouareNOTworkingharder,ormakingbetter
decisions. You may not even be meditating more, eating better or
exercisingmore.
But you may be realizing that you are easily making more healthy

The Portals Are Opening
Greetings, this is Sharman and Shelia speaking as one
being,
Because you, our brave ascending ones, are NOW
regaining your innate Sense of your Multidimensional
SELF, we both wanted to share with all of you the process
of returning back into your complete SELF, Divine
Complements merged into ONE being.
We will speak as one being to share with our Earth away
team our version of how reunion can be challenging after
separation. The process of re-merging with your Divine
Complement after one of you has been away on
assignment to the third dimension can be challenging.
Hence, as more and more of you prepare for your return
to your fifth dimensional SELF as well as your Divine
Complement, we wanted to address that issue. We have
discovered that there can be many complicating issues
such as the earthbound one falling in love with a human.
This can be confusing to the Complement who is
earthbound, as you will increasingly think third
dimensionally. Hence, you often forget that within the
NOW of the safety of our Ship, your Complement has no
sense of possession within their deep love for you.
In fact, we Pleiadians often take more than one mate.
However, a mate may not be able to understand how
desperately lonely one can get on a third dimensional
planet on the edge of transition. Living in a reality on the
edge of frequency reset can be a great challenge.

On Earth you have the saying of, The darkest night is just
before dawn. This saying is very correct because the
light of the Moon has left and the light of the Sun has
not yet arrived. In other words, you, the transmuting
population of Earth, are feeling VERY complete with the
experience of being in a reality on the cusp of great
change.
Change is based on the ability of the members of your
current reality to be fully aware of the TRUTH, which
is within each person, place, situation, and energy field.
However, the NOW before the change is filled with great
challenge because the dark has not yet left and the light
is still a glimmer of hope. Hence, there is no solid
ground on which you can stand.
The many third dimensional illusions are being revealed to
those who are ready to shift into the higher frequencies,
while many others are holding on to these illusions tighter
than ever. Change can be very frightening to those who
are not yet grounded within Gaia and connected with their
higher expressions of SELF.
Also, the ability to even perceive your ongoing frequency
reset
is
based
on
your
ability
to
love all
life Unconditionally, and to allow the Violet Light of
transmutation to enter into your consciousness, body,
environment, and overall life. Sharmans last visit to Earth
made that requirement clear to both of us.
However, since the darkest night is just before down, ALL
the darkness must be examined, healed, and released
before the light can be accepted. Thus, before humans
can consciously experience personal and planetary
ascension, all personal darkness, fear, procrastination,
judgment, polaritythe list goes on and onMUST BE
RELEASED.
Furthermore, you must release and transmute fear from
your SELF and your life. By the NOW in which you are

ready to ascend, or be rescuedas Sharman wasyou

have had to look darkness straight on, without fear, and
be able to say I love you unconditionally.
Sometimes, as in the case of Sharman, the grounded one
becomes so lost to their SELF that the light cannot be
perceived or accepted. In this case, their Galactic Family
may come to their rescue. This rescue usually occurs
because that brave volunteer is on the edge of physical,
mental, emotions and/or spiritual collapse.
This rescue would be much like a warrior who was so
deeply wounded in battle that he/she could only gain
assistance by someone taking his or her body up to the
Ship to be healed. We have discovered that a long away
mission to Earth can greatly injure ones body, as well as
their state of consciousness.
In Sharmans case, he had lost his ability to perceive
himself as a being who was holding a fifth dimensional
portal open.
More and more of the inter-dimensional portals into the
fifth dimension will NOW be opening. However, many of
our dedicated ascending ones are realizing that they do
not want to go through that ascension portal until they
believe that they have completed their mission.
Within your NOW there are increasingly more and more
who are saying,
WE are the Ascending ONES.
Exactly who is this we that is ascending? we hear you
say. Our answer from our Higher Knowing, which is
unique in each ONE, is YOU! You have hadmany returns to
the uncountable versions of the fourth dimension.
Thus, you are NOW feeling complete with time/space
realities and are ready to make the octave leap into the
HERE/NOW realities. Nonetheless, many of you have

offered to take an incarnation on this NOW of Ascending

Earth.
Fortunately, many of you are able to travel interdimensionally via your multidimensional consciousness to
visit fifth dimensional Earth. You were able to resonate to
that perception because you expanded your consciousness
into Gamma Waves.
It is very difficult to maintain a Gamma Wave
Consciousness while on a third dimensional planet. It is
for this reason that Spiritual Societies are often in the
high mountains, away from civilization and within the
Heart of the Mothers NATURE.
Whenever you, the ascending ones, put aside any
personal desires and follow your Inner Guidance, you will
be able to enjoy the visit. You have, however, to KNOW
that what we are doing for Gaia is A DRESS REHERSAL.
What you will discover is that you will need
to complete ALL of your third/fourth dimensional effluvia.
Fortunately, that is not as difficult as one may think. All of
you on your threshold reality know yourselves very well.
You know your strengths, and you know your weaknesses.
You also know that you have fulfilled your pre-birth
contracts. YOU will be the first ones through. You will be
the first ones through NOT because of any rank or being
better. You are the ones who have experienced many
ascensions into the fourth dimension.
Therefore, Piercing the Veil occurred between the third
and mid-fourth dimensional planes. Within this NOW,
piercing the veil is not the appropriate title. What is
occurring now is that you are being called on to Open
The Portals that connect the third/fourth dimension with
the fifth dimension.

The truth is that you are becoming Masters of the

third/fourth
dimension.

you almost graduated. We say almost because you have
volunteered to merge your personal consciousness:

{From OA} Kundalini experience is fantastic, but nothing prepared
me for the kind of experience I am about to share, that I still cannot
explain. As I was napping, 2 or 3 weeks ago, it seems that my
consciousness tapped within my body cells.
I became the size of a cell, situated in my body near the root
chakra, as I looked up (from the cell point of view) I got to perceive
the most beautiful sight ever, I saw my Kundalini stream!
I got to witness the energy movement, rising up, and the two
serpents (or tube of light) both had different bright very vivid colors,
it was absolutely beautiful. I still cannot explain, yet, to this day
what had happened but it sure was a priceless experience that i
am not about to forget.

{From LJ} I get this internal hum and vibrations at the back of my
neck, sounds like Bashar's c Sharp YouTube resonance of the
earth. Is this a connection to the Kundalini?
{From PK} My experience was brief but wholly transcendent...
nothing like what we experience here in 3 & 4 D realms of time and
temporal manifestations. The highlight of that experience was in
the transcending of time and perception entirely, to taste a realm of
unadulterated pure experience... a truly immaculate concept of
reality in an undifferentiated state of being. This happened about
40 years ago, and all else pales in comparison.
{From DC} I found myself at a business event that culminated in a
shamanic journey with around 150 people two days running. The
first day I felt like a grain of sand in one of those cymatic
experiments and I thought my arms were wings and I was turning
into a bird!
The next day I felt roots coming out of the ground (hotel function
room) and pulling me down. There was an intense vibration
coming from my hip area that went down to my knees and all
through my body. I particularly felt it the top of my head, the sides
of my nose, earlobes, mammaries and hands.
It was like the energy wanted to get out but couldn't. My hands
contorted into this strange mudra. I knew I had been bound and
even though I couldn't use my fingers I managed to free myself
from these binds. By putting my hands together I felt the energy
circulating better and eventually my hands found my heart. I had
come home.
The only other experience that came close to this feeling of pure
joy and euphoria was the birth of my first child. After the event my
eyes could really see the beauty in everything. There were also
some very weird hallucinogenic type experiences and two more
experiences of the contorted hands. It showed me that immersing
my hands in my bath water dispersed the trapped energy while at
the same time allowing me to keep it.

{From AR} Yes, I definitely want to share my experience now that

more us are open to evolve to a higher vibration. This beautiful
realization or awareness happened almost 17 years ago on
Thanksgiving Day. A day I will never forget. I have always had a
special interest in metaphysics, quantum physics, angeology,
energy and alternative healing. I love meditating and listening to
music with nature backgrounds.
That Thanksgiving Day I stayed in a friend's house. Before going
to sleep I recalled asking my friend if he had music to relax. He
told me to go downstairs and turn his system on to whatever I
liked. It was dark while walking down the stairs to the living room.
When I turned the system on it wasn't working, I turned around and
suddenly felt cold around me and the system started working on its
own. A bit confused I called my friend who I saw walking down the
stairs.

There was this beautiful music out of this world that sounded like a
choir. I couldn't identify the language but felt each word sang
touched my heart. That is when I saw a fog like energy taking over
the living room. My knees got weak and felt my body heavier than
usual. I remember closing my eyes and was taken through a gold
colored worm hole. An indescribable voice talked to me with so
much love and showed my life on different stages. All that I had
lived and all that I had learned in this lifetime and other.
This voice was of a loving female energy and was telling me how
proud she was of me. She told me I was full of grace. I remember
feeling so much love that I cried. I remember telling this energy
that if I had to live all these lives again I would do it all over again
without changing anything. Then I saw many of us holding hands
above our planet Earth and sending this brilliant gold-white light.
Then that is when I felt every cell of my body becoming one with
this beautiful light. When I opened my eyes my friend was holding
me.
I asked him if he saw something but he didn't. I told him what I had
experienced and after a few days he decided not to continue our
friendship. For over a week I felt this loving energy surrounding
me. Also, I felt the scent of roses every time I went to sleep. This
experience definitely changed the way I live my life today.
{From CB} In 1987 on the harmonic convergence I felt completely
electrocuted and began a 3-year immersion into being ONE with
all that is. Most of the time nothing was solid, it was all patterns of
energy. Gradual apparently is not my style but I'd been meditating
since 1969. I was told then that with 7 planets in fire I was doing
kundalini my way, it was like being on LSD for 3 years and took
many more to integrate it all.

since many of you will also be returning to your Starships or Home

AsIhavesaid,myDivineComplement,Shelia,greatlyassistedmein
recalibrating my frequency back into my innate fifth dimensional
resonance.WhatIdiscoveredwasthatthereasonthatIhadbecomeso
lostinthethirddimensionwasbecausemyfrequencyofresonancefell
outofalignmentwithmyfifthdimensionalcore.
FrommylongvisittothirddimensionalEarth,Itotallyunderstoodhow
easyitwastocalibrateyourselftoyoursocialenvironment,ratherthan
tothefrequencyofGaia.IfIhadremainedintotalresonancewithEarth,

atrocities of war, made it difficult to stay calibrated to my true fifth

missiontofalloutofcalibrationwiththeplanetandexperiencethesame
isolationfromtheplanetthatthehumanswerefeeling.BecauseIhave
directlyexperiencedyourmostdifficultreality,Isendthistransmission
byALLlifeonGaiafilledwithUnconditionalLoveandVioletFire.

clarifythisissue,asittookmetimetohealbecauseIreturnedtothe
Shipinaverylowstateofconsciousness.
Itwasmymissiontoexperiencethedarksideofthirddimensional
Earth, so that we Pleiadians could better assist humanitys needs.
However,Iwaspulledoutorrescuedfrommymissionasmylife
spark was diming and they knew it was the NOW to bring me back
Home.Wehaveofferedthisservicetomanyotherhumans.
Someeagerlyacceptourassistance,otherscannotbelieveinusand
wonttrustus,andthentherearethosewhowanttoruleyourworldinthe
samemannerthattheyhavehadPowerOverothersformoreyearsthan
youwouldwishtoknow.TheoneswhowanttomaintaintheirPower
OverOtherswanttoavoid,oreven,attackus.Manyofthesepeopleare
leadersinyourworld,whichiswhywecannotlandinyourfrontyard.
WhenIhadmyearthbody,IleftasparkofmySELFontheShip,which
Shelia lovingly protected. From that spark, I expanded my fifth
dimensionalexpressionsofself,downintotheresonanceofthephysical
formofahumaninfant.
We(theothervolunteersandmyself),acceptedthismissiontoanswer
Gaias call for assistance. We volunteered to answer Gaias call for
assistance.Mostofuswhovolunteeredhadtakenmanyincarnationson

GaiasMotherEarth.Therefore,theyknewGaiaasaplanet,andrealized
thattherewerepossiblerealitiesthatwedidnotwanttohappentoour
beloved planet Earth. Thus, we took physical bodies to more directly
assisttheplanet.
Someofustookbodiesaschildreninapasttimeline,orinamorerecent
timeline.Someofusdidnotactuallytakeanearthvessel,suchasIdid.
Instead,theychosetoflashinandoutofthethirddimensionbyadjusting
theirstatesofconsciousness.
Allofus,hadonethingincommoninthatwehadaninnateconnection
withourfifthdimensionalselfontheShip.Mostofusforgotourfifth
dimensionalPleiadianself,butmostofushadthefeelingthatwewere
alwaysprotectedandwatchedover.
Itwasthatfeelingthatgotmethroughmyincarnation.WhenIhad
totallylostcontactwiththatfeelingIwashappyandfeltempowered.
However,asmyEarthconsciousnessbecamesolowthatmyphysical
bodywasonthevergeofdying,mysupportteamontheShiprealized
thatIhadtotallylostthatfeeling,andtheycametotakemebacktothe
Ship.
I wish to talk a bit about that feeling as it is actually your innate
connectiontoourfifthdimensionalselfwhovolunteeredtotakeyour
present incarnation on Earth circa 2016. We Pleiadians have been
observingwhatisoccurringonyourplanet,aswellasGaiasgrowing
need to recalibrate Her planet back into Her multidimensional
expression.
Weobservedthattheonethingthatgotusearthlingsthroughthemany
difficultiesoftheirthirddimensionalrealitywasthatwealwayshadthat
feeling.Ivolunteeredtotakeanearthvesselandlosethefeelingto
seehowthatfelt,sothatwePleiadianscouldunderstandwhathumanity

Ihadthefeelingthroughmyformativeyears,butlostitasmylife
becameincreasinglydifficult.

WePleiadianswantedtoknowwhatwouldhappenifourvolunteersto
EarthlostcontactwiththeShip.Ifyoureadmystory,youknowthatIfell
into the depths of despair. I discovered that many on Earth had that
feelingwhentheywereyoung,buttheyalsolostitastheygrewup.
Iobservedfrommyselfandotherhumans,thatwhilewewereyoungwe
rememberedthatalllifewasreal,butmostofusforgotthatfactaswe
grewup.Itwasagreatloss,asweexperiencedsomuchcomfort,fun,
andexplorationasweknewthatalllifearounduswasalive.Becausewe
stillrememberedthattheelementalsofEarth,Air,Fire,andWaterwere
actuallylivingcreaturesthatmovedintoandoutofourbodies,wewere
neveralone.
Weexploredanthills,birdsnest,spiderwebs,andallthewonderfulparts
ofnaturethatouradultselfwouldclear,knockdownandspraywith
poison. I remember the horror I felt when my father stepped on an
anthillandscatteredtheantsacrosstheyard.Aschildren,welivedwithin
everymomentofourthirddimensionalphysicalexperienceofaliving
Earth.
Butthenwegrewupandhadtotaketheresponsibilityofworkinghardto
makemoney,thendrivehomethroughtrafficandfallintothecouchwith
acoldbeer.Gonewastheadventureofananthillorthepeepofnewly
hatchedbirds.
Welostmuchofourspiritaswegrewup,andfartoomanyofuslostthe
feeling.Withoutthefeeling,thelandneededtobemowed,cleared,and
coveredwithcement.Weforgotourinnateabilitytoblesstheelementals
andworkwiththem.Instead,weresortedbackintosituationsthatwehad
inotherincarnationsorhadlearnedfromourparents.
Weworkedagainsttheland,butNOWwe,yourPleiadianFamily,ask
that you unite with the land as we do in the Pleiades. It is through
workingwith, merging with,and deeply lovingthe land,the sky, the
water, and the planet that we can return to our innate place of
surrenderingtothefactthatWEAREOURPLANET.
We Pleiadians had to remember this fact when we finally found our
planetaryhomes.Wesearchedandsearchedforourperfecthome,butit
was not until we could merge together to create a sense of planetary

consciousnessthatwefoundourplanetaryhomes.WeNOWlivewithina
StarClusterandhavenineplanetaryhomes.

Withinyourownhumanstateofplanetaryconsciousness,youwillbe
abletorememberwhoyouareinthefifthdimensionandbeyond,and

upinthethirddimensionalseparationbetweengoodand/orbad,aswell

WePleiadianshavelearnedagreatdealfromtakinghumanformsinyour
Now of 2016. From these visits, we have gained great respect for
humanityscourage.Ofcourse,therearestillmanyearthlingsthatare
afraid because they forgot how to maintain thefeelingof their innate
higherresonance.Fromtheperspectiveofourfifthdimensionalreality
thereisnojudgment,orgoodorbadhumanityschoices.Someearthlings

In fact, you are called upon, and chose to be in full connection with

refuelingGaiaviaHercorecrystals,Gaiaissimultaneouslyrefueling

theplanetandtheplanetassistingthehumans,justastheanimalsdo,
humanitywillbecomeONEwiththeplanetandtheplanetisONEwith

Then humanity will remember that you are not going away to an

Fortunately, you also know that YOU are a component of that

Lightbody, you will no longer be limited to your third dimensional
reality. You will no longer be bound by the roles of third/fourth
dimensional time/space or the polarities of being young or old, being
born,ordying.

andshapesbythemselves,butbytheenergypatternsthatsurroundyour

shapes that are inside of, all around and/or with these different
multidimensional energy patterns, which were once invisible to your
dailyconsciousness.

transmissionstothoseinhabitantsofEarthwhoarereadytoexpandtheir
consciousness,andthustheirperceptions,intotheTransitionalReality
ofEarth.
Forthosewhoareabletoattendtoandacceptthemanywritings,movies,
blogpostsandhumancommunicationsthatremindyouthatsomethingis
changingonplanetEarth,whatyoumaynotknowisthatwhereyour

have released your old third/fourth dimensional operating system and
have not yet understood and embraced the new fifth dimensional
operatingsystem.
In other words, you have completed your exploration of a third
dimensionalrealityinthefirststagesofascension.But,asthefrequency
ofthatrealitymovesintotheflowoftheNOWoftheONE,yourdaily,
normal, perceptions are beginning to expand into the higher fourth
dimensionofyourreality.
Furthermore, an everexpanding population of Gaias humanity is
expandingtheirconsciousnesstoincludethenextoctaveofreality,which
isthefifthdimension.Asyouawakeningonesnowremember,thisflow
oftheONEexpandsyourconsciousnessandperceptionsbeyondyour
fourth dimensional perceptions and into their fifth dimensional

that is on the cusp of a consciousness breakthrough into the fifth

breaking through the dogma and separation of the third dimensional

frequencyband.Inthatmanneronlythosewithafifthdimensionalstate

Youmust remember,though,thatyour higher states of consciousness
havedifferentfrequenciesofperception.Therefore,youdonotseeusas
youwouldaphysicalairplane.Atfirst,youwilllikelyperceiveusasan
inner knowing that we are there. Then, if you are away from a
populated area, wecan move intofrequencies closer toyour physical
perceptionswithoutfearoraggression.
Ifyouuseyourhigherstatesofconsciousnesstoinviteusintoyourhome
orproperty,wewillappearwithinthefifthfrequencyofconsciousnessin
which you invited us. In other words, if you ask via your fifth
dimensionalconsciousness,wewillenteratthatfrequency.

Once we know that the majority of people are ready to confront the
beginning of an entirely different era of their reality, we can reveal
ourselvesmoreoften.Earthisaverydifficultplanettomakecontactwith
because it has such diverse cultures with vast ranges of readiness of
personalandplanetaryascension.
Asanexample,someearthhumanswillonlybeabletoshiftfromtheir
third dimensional, physical expression of self into their fourth
dimensional,astralexpressionofself.Ontheotherhand,somewillbe
abletoshiftintotheirfifthdimensional,lightbodyexpressionofself.
SomeEarthhumansareevenreadytoshiftintotheirsixthdimensional
lightbeingoreventheirseventhdimensionalOversoul.BecauseEarth
hasalwaysbeensuchadiverseplanet,somehumansareevenpreparedto
shiftintotheireightthroughtwelfthdimensionalexpressionsofSELF.
Fortunately, many who could personally shift into the eighth through

Everyonemustbelievetheirdesireintorealityforthemselves.However,
when there are many, many individuals with the same desire, and
theydecidetogethertobelievethatdesireintoareality,themanifestation
ofthatuniteddesirehasagreatboosttowardsitsmanifestationintoa
reality.
Youareverycorrectinassumingthattherearemany,manyEarthones
who are ready for, and can fully embrace, the landing of our fifth
dimensional starships. We say fifth dimensional to differentiate our
Galactic Ships which resonate to the fifth dimension from the Earth
createdshipsthatonlyresonatetothethirddimension.
Therewasbeenmuchresearchdonebytheforcesofpoweroverothers
tocreateafourthdimensionalstarshipthatwouldbeinvisibletohumans
unless they were sleeping. However, since their consciousness only
resonatestothelowerastralplane,theircreationscanonlyresonatetothe
lowerastralplane.

Therearealsomanyhigheradvancedinventionsthathavebeencreated
byhumanswithaveryhighstateofconsciousnessthathavebeenkept
fromthepopulationofEarth.Theforcesofpoweroverothersstillhave
enoughpowertoenforcethisquarantineonthatwhichwillfreeEarth
fromtheillusionthattheyarejusthumans.
Asyoucanobserve,thereisahiddenbattlebeingwagedbetweenthe
forcesofPowerOverandtheforcesofPowerWithin.Thisbattlehas
lastedsolongbecausesomanyhumanshavebeenindoctrinatedtolimit
theirconsciousnesstothethirddimension.Hence,theyonlybelievethat
whichispresentedtothemviathirddimensionalmedia.
Itisforthisreasonthatourlandingprocesshastakensoverylong.There
aresomanypeoplethatwillonlybelieveinthethirddimensionalreality,
asitispresentedtothemviathethirddimensionalmedia.Whattheydo
not know is that a great deal, but not all, of the mainstream, third
dimensionalmediaisunderthecontroloftheforcesofPowerOVER
Others.
This situation is a primary reason why the landings have not fully
manifested.ThosewhohavePowerOverthethirddimensionalEarthwill
NOTrelinquishtheirinfluenceoverthethirddimensionalreality.
Sincemanyhumansstilldependonthethirddimensionalmediaforthe
truth,theydonotrealizethattheywillliveouttheirthirddimensional
lives,neversuspectingthatthereisahigherdimensionalrealitythatco
existswiththeirgreatlylimited,physicalworld.
Thosewhoareawakening,andtherearemoreandmoreofyoueachday,
arerecognizingthatthereisahigherdimensionalrealitythatresonatesto
afrequencyjustabovethethirddimensionalpoweroverothersreality.
This openended reality is not limited to the restrictions of the third
dimension. In fact, thismultidimensional realityis an open portal to
higherandhigherdimensionalfrequenciesofthelifeonplanetEarth.
Wearepleasedtoobservethatmanyhumansarebeginningtoembrace
thatwhichresonatesbeyondtheindoctrinationsandliesofthepower
overleaders,andarelookingINSIDETHEIRSELFforthatwhichthey
oncesoughtfromaleader.

AsmoreandmoreEarthhumansigniteandlivebytheirownPOWER
WITHIN,theywillnotbefooledbythosewhowishtodominateothers
becausethesefalseleaderscannotfindtheirownPowerWithin.
OnceonehasfoundtheirownPowerWithin,theyhavenodesiretohave
poweroverothers.Infact,theoneswhohaveawakenedtotheirown
MultidimensionalSelfhavenodesiretodominateorfollow,astheyhave
foundtheirinnerpower.
In fact, because they have foundand learned to live bytheir own
inner power they (the members of the power within reality) seek to
ASSISTOTHERSwhoarereadytodiscovertheirownpowerwithin.
Ontheotherhand,PowerOverrealitiescanonlyresonatetothethirdand
lowerfourthdimensionalfrequenciesofreality.Therefore,theycanonly
have power over other people whose resonance is limited to the
physicalandlowerastralplanes.
Since thelevel of ones consciousness dictates the frequency band of
their perceptions, those whose consciousness resonates to the higher
fourthandfifthdimensions,arebeginningtoconsciouslyperceivethose
higherdimensionalrealitiesofEarth.
Weareverypleasedtoseehowmoreandmoreofourgroundedonesare
returningtotheirtrue,multidimensionalconsciousness.Thisexpanded
consciousness serves to expand their conscious perceptions to include
higher and higher dimensional versions of Gaias multidimensional
realities.
On the other hand, the limited ones can only perceive that which is
occurring on the physical planet. These poweroverothers ones are
unabletothinkabout,create,experienceorlivewithinthehigherfourth
and fifth dimensional resonance of Earth because their need to have
PowerOverhaslimitedtheirconsciousness,andperceptions,tothirdand
lowerfourthdimensionalEarth.
Infact,untilrecently,therewasonlyasmallpopulationofGaiashumans
whoseconsciousness,andhencetheirperceptions,couldbeconsciously
awareofthefifthdimensionallightthathasbeenstreamingintoEarthat
aneverincreasingrate.

Thosewhocanexpandtheirconsciousnessenoughtoperceivethishigher
frequencyoflight/realityareawakeningmoreandmoreeachdaytothe
possible reality that they are making a probable reality by their
consciousengagementinthehigherfrequenciesoflight.

CHAPTER TWO
The Recovery

After my long tour on the third dimension, it was taking

me longer than usual to re-adapt to my innate fifth
dimensional resonance. Fortunately, whenever I awoke
from my healing sleep, I saw my beloved complement,
Shelia, next to me.
With her constant love and caring, I released the painful
experiences of my incarnation on third-dimensional Earth
and returned to my joyous and unconditionally loving
memories on our Pleiadian Starship.
Since our Starships resonated to the NOW of the fifth
dimension and beyond, my healing was basically a process
of re-calibrating my consciousness back into my innate
fifth dimensional resonance. As I moved through this
process of re-calibration, I realized how brave the
earthbound humans were to incarnate during that era of
great change.

While I was recovering from my away mission to Earth, I

allowed the memories of my third dimensional experience
on transitioning Earth to flow into my mind. I knew that as
soon as I was ready, I would be called for a de-briefing of
what I had learned on Earth during the era of Her pending
transmutation into higher frequencies of resonance.
In my mental preparation for my debriefing, the first thing
that came into my awareness was how differently I
perceived that reality from my fifth dimensional
perspective, then when I was living within it.
While I was in the midst of the challenges of my physical
experience of Earth, I became easily caught up in my
emotions, and my thoughts often fell into worry, or even
fear. My thoughts were loving and happy as a child, as I
still had my wonderful parents, who died while I was still
young.
Also, when I was young, I still had an ongoing connection
with my fifth-dimensional expression. I did not know that
it was MY fifth dimensional self, but I did know that the
somewhat invisible guy in skyor wherever he came from
was fun to talk to and told me many things about a
world that was based on love.
In fact, as I look back at that experience now, I can see
how my childhood imagination allowed me to openly
communicate with my fifth dimensional self. When I was a
child I felt no separation between the me that seemed
to float just above me and the me that wore the physical
body in the physical world.
However, as I grew up, especially during my teen years, I
wanted to be like all the others. Therefore, I pushed away
the me that seemed to float within my consciousness by
saying, Ah, that is just my imagination. Then, I WAS
more like the others, but I was NOT like my true self.

Then my parents died in a car crash, and shortly after that

I was sent off to Nam. I was almost glad to be in an outer
war to cover some of the sorrow I felt inside. My parents
were wonderful, loving people. And they loved each other
so much, that maybe it was best they left for the higher
dimensions together.
However, I was too sad to realize that for many years.
Then, while in Nam I got hooked on drugs, and, along
with many of my buddies, had nightmares almost every
night. I had fallen into the dark side of the third
dimension, just like I had volunteered to do.
Unfortunately, I did not remember that I volunteered for
anything. I did not even remember my childhood, or the
love and guidance from my parents, or from the me on
the Ship. It took me a long time to get over my parents
death, the trauma from the war, and my addiction to the
drugs.
Finally, I did so with the help of some pretty wonderful
people, as well as my friends in AA. But, I had totally lost
all contact with my fifth dimensional reality. After all, I
could barely get through one reality, much less think that
there might be another one.
After many years of struggle and gradual change, I was
finally able to allow Shelia, my partner on the Ship, to
come into my dreams. However, that backfired a bit
because once I connected with her, I lost all interest in
another woman.
Of course, I was not aware that I was comparing every
woman I met with my Divine Complement, which was
exactly what I was doing. I dont know how many times a
woman said to me, Do you have someone else?
No, I answered, but after enough women asked me that,
I began to wonder if I did. However, after all those years
of drugs I could not trust my inner visions. In fact, I did

not allow them to take hold in my mind or would start

urging for a fix.
I had some pension from the war, and was always good at
fixing broken things, that is except for fixing my broken
self, so I was able to make just enough money to get by
being a handy man.
I had to take sleeping pills for many years, so my dream
life was disturbed and restless. However, I finally got sick
of being so miserable and started to take working as a
handy man seriously. That was a great job for my 3D self
as I was finally interacting with people again.
It was also part of the agreement that my 5D self had
made while on the Ship. I/me, I am still confused by
exactly how that worked. Maybe my debriefing will be able
to help me to understand more. In fact, I am writing
about my life now as a part of my debriefing.
I guess I have to admit that it also keeps me too busy to
see much of Shelia. I guess I need to admit it here in this
report that I think that I am angry at her for letting me go
on that mission. I know that is totally unfair, as I was the
one who really pushed for this assignment.
Maybe I did learn something in my 3D life that I did not
realize in my 5D life. However, I will have to figure out
how that worked in my brain. I am still one foot in the 3D
and one foot on the 5D ship.
Ok, Ok, I guess I need to admit that I am a bit angry with
Shelia that she did not stop me. I know, I know, that is
not fair, as even in my 5D self I totally have a mind of my
own. But, I guess it was much easier to leave her if I was
a bit angry.
Alright! I admitted that for the report. Now do I have the
courage to say that to her? I know that I am not sounding

too much like my old fifth dimensional SELF, that is, if I

could actually remember it-me-us??
Back to my debriefing I think my unjust anger at my
beloved Shelia was my first third dimensional action. I had
been watching the holograms of 3D life and engaging in
them long enough that I was actually becoming, well,
more 3D. Ok, I guess this debriefing report is helping to
understand some things.
But back to the main report; now where was I? Yes, I was
talking about my learning to fit into daily 3D life, talk with
different people and gain insight as to how they, the
members of my Ship, would be able to interface with
humanity when it was the time for the landings.
I did NOT remember the many de-briefings on the Ship
that occurred while my 3D self was sleeping, but I did
have some pretty strange dreams. These dreams just
made me isolate more than ever.
Fortunately, the handy man job had me talking with
regular people in daily life. These experiences were shared
with my 5D self on the ship, who would use them as
training for the first contact team. Of course, I forgot
about most of my life on the Ship, as well as my 5D self.
During and after the war, my life on the Ship was not a
part of my daily thoughts, or even my dreams. The truth
was that the physical world had just beat me up too
much. But now that I am on the Ship again, my beloved
Shelia is back in my life. Actually, I am glad that I forgot
her, as I would have missed her far too much if I had
remembered.
After my experience on 3D Earth I have a great respect
for third dimensional humans. They are very courageous.
I dont know how they do it, I mean thinking it is the only
life they have. At best, some of them believe in a Higher

Power, learned that term in AA, but many were as

desperately lonely and displaced as me.
Shelia asked if she could contribute to my report, as she
perceived my experience from the safety of the Ship.
However, she felt so helpless that she could not assist me
that she wanted to share her experience as well. I guess
all of this will go into my report, besides I am anxious to
read what she has to say.
Since I had to forget her, I did not miss her. But now I am
anxious to find out everything that happened while I was
gone. Also, just as she is reading my reports, I will be
reading her reports.
We seem to be a bit distant now. When I first came back
to the Ship I was very cold towards her and I still have
not been able to make amends for that (more AA talk). It
is just that I dont even know who I am now. So, would it
be fair to get too close to her when I am not even close to
my self?
My main regret while on Earth was not remembering
Shelia. However, I guess if I did remember her I would
have missed her miserably. I learned a lot about 3D
thinking while planet bound, and one of the main things I
learned about was how 3D humans protect themselves
from getting hurtphysically and emotionally.
It is a very frightening place down there. Death can come
suddenly with no warning or after years of pain and
suffering. I even learned that sometimes I/humans
thought that life was too hard to go on. I am glad that I
did go on though, as I believe I am a much wiser and
more compassionate person.
That is, I hope that when I am fully recovered that I will
be assigned to a First Contact Team. I think I will be able
to understand how very frightening change can be.

SHELIA SPEAKS:
Sharman and I love each other completely and are like
one person. Therefore, I know how much he suffered on
his away mission, but I never let him know that. I did not
want to interfere with his dedication to go into the
underbelly of life in the polarity and separation of the third
dimension.
I am hoping that as we both open and honestly write our
reports that we can eventually share what we have
written. I will not push him, and I know that he will not
push me. But the gap between us hurts my Soul and I
think it is interfering with his full recovery.
I also know that he must maintain all these experiences,
thoughts, and emotions so that he can intimately share
with the First Contact Team. He may even be able to be
on that team himself; that is if he can fully heal himself. I
will not write too much now, nor will we share our reports
with each otheryet.
Just as the third dimensionals have no idea when or how
First Contact will occur, neither do we. If we land too
soon, it will spread fear rather than love. Then, if we land
too late, the third dimensionals will feel abandoned and
they will not trust us.
Therefore, right now we are staying with third
dimensionals visiting us on the Ship during their sleep.
Then, they can choose whether or not they are ready to
remember being on a Starship.
It sounds cool when talking to their friends, but the
challenge of confronting an entirely different reality, that
is far more evolved than their own, will be more upsetting
than they think.
Also, there are the dark ones on Earth still who spend
huge portions of the vast wealth they have stolen from

the humans to make sure they are frightened of their own

shadowand even more so afraid of First Contact.
This is all I will write now. This is my beloved Sharmans
moment, and I do not want to diminish that with my own
story of remaining safely on our Ship amongst all that we
have loved our entire lives.

CHAPTER ONE
Do You See Us?
I woke up this morning with a sentence in my ear, Do
you see us? The message seemed so loud and clear that
I instantly sat up and began to look around the room.
Seeing nothing, I laid back down. As I was closing my
eyes, I heard again, Do you see us?
With a new determination, as this question was clearly not
a part of a dream, I got out of bed and started inspecting
the room for the us that I was supposed to see. But,
once again, I saw nothing. Finally, I decided that whether
or not I had been dreaming, or was, half asleep, I needed
a drink of water.
As I started to walk through my bedroom door towards
the kitchen, I suddenly felt something. To my surprise, it
felt like love, in fact it felt like a kind of unconditional love
that is very rare in daily life.
This was not the kind of human love that many people
want, but are actually afraid of. This love did not bring up
any issues of Am I good enough? This love was free of
any concept of "good enough, and felt totally
unconditional.
After spending so many incarnations in the third
dimension, and remembering many of them, I was very
familiar with the concept of good enough, as I seldom
believed that I was good enough. In fact, I spent many of
these lives trying to be good enough, better than,
and/or both.
Just as I was having these thoughts, I heard, The many
lives in which you have volunteered to take an earth
vessel in different timelines, as well as the many versions
of reality that you have experienced on Earth, are

beginning to blur into one reality of life on thirddimensional Earth.

In the lives in which you have somehow captured
memories from you past, parallel and/or simultaneous
lives, you began to realize that there was much more than
just life on the third dimensional Earth. Then, because
you remembered that fact, you began to unite the life that
you were currently living with your many other
incarnations on third/fourth dimensional Earth.
That merging of your past, present, and even future
timelines of incarnations, allowed you to remember, and
hopefully ground, your fifth dimensional experiences of
SELF into your third/fourth dimensional reality.
There are many awakening ones in your particular
version of Earth that are so awakened that their
perceptual range often includes the threshold of the fifth
dimensional version of their current reality. These
awakened ones are beginning to blink into and out
of the fifth dimensional octave of their current
"physical
form.
"We, the fifth-dimensional expressions of your physical
self, have come to tell you that what you are perceiving
NOW is the fifth dimensional octave of your present
reality. You, as well as many others, have experienced so
many
versions
of
life
on
3D
Earth
that
your consciousness is
expanding
beyond
the
consciousness of your third-dimensional physical realities
and into the consciousness of your fourth-dimensional
astral reality.
Many of you have even expanded your consciousness
into the consciousness of your fifth-dimensional Lightbody realities. In other words, you, as well as many
others, have taken an octave jump in realities! By

octave jump, we mean that you are beginning to

consciously perceive the threshold to the fifth dimension.
It is within the NOW of that perception that you can meet
and/or merge with your own fifth dimensional Lightbody
SELF. Within that NOW of conscious connection with your
own Multidimensional Self, you will begin to flow back into
the energy field of the ONE.
As you receive the full spectrum of the many frequencies
of reality that flow through the portal of your physical self,
the inner portal of light of your Kundalini begins, and/or
accelerates, the process of resetting your physical and
astral earth vessel, back into its innate form and operating
system of the fifth dimension and beyond.
Wait a minute, wait a minute, I cry up into the ceiling. I
still cannot see you. Sorry, I am only feeling like a third
dimensional person right now. Therefore, I would feel
much better talking to someone that I could see. Besides,
I am still not sure if I am awake or asleep.
We will be happy to send you a holographic projection of
our selves. But you must understand that for us to
physically visit your physical reality, would be much like
you visiting the bottom of the ocean.
Yes, I mused. I think I can understand that.
Can you remember that? they asked me.
Somewhere along their rather long introduction, I had
decided that I was not crazy or even dreaming. However, I
could not yet remember the person that they said that I
was.
Excuse us for interrupting your thoughts, they said.
I say they, as I had also realized that there were several
beings all talking to me as ONE.

Yes we are several speaking as ONE. We would like you

to go to your bathroom mirror and look deeply into your
eyes. We will wait here for you.
I walked into my bathroom thinking that I had to be
dreaming when I suddenly remembered that I often did
that very thing when I was a young boy.
Yes, that is why we asked you to look into your own
eyes.
Trying to ignore them, like I have obviously been doing,
well since I grew up, I turned on the light in the bathroom
and looked into the mirror. Much to my surprise, I
remembered the face that I always saw in the mirror as a
child.
NO, I heard them say, You are seeing the version of
your SELF that you are right NOW.
Trying not to wonder how often they followed me into the
bathroom, I walked back to my former location in the
doorway of my bedroom, and said, OK, I believe you.
Actually, I remember you. Are you the same ones that I
talked to as a kid?
Yes, and we wish to remind you that you are also here
with us here in this frequency of reality. You could accept
that fact as a child, but this fact is more difficult to accept
as an adult.
I had to really think about that statement. I remembered
my childhood beliefs, but decades of adulthood in a
difficult world had hardened my heart and erased most of
my imagination. Could I get that innocence heart and
active imagination back?
Yes, they answered before I even finished my thought.

OK, I whispered under my breath, I think I am ready to

really listen to you. Hey, can I get you a beer or
something? I asked trying to make this situation seem
normal. To my surprise, I actually heard them, or I guess
felt them, smiling.
Yes, you were always one who could make everyone
relax, communicate and feel at ease. That is why you
were chosen for this away mission, my invisible friends
responded to my thoughts.
OH, that me is so VERY far away now, I said, trying not
to be sarcastic. However, just being in the midst of
invisible beings that I was beginning to recognize, brought
on a rush of memories, first of my childhood and then of
before I entered this body.
Wait a minute here! I heard myself shouting. It took me
decades of feeling lonely, lost and different from
everyone. And now you come along and take away the
only lies that kept me sane. Do you have any idea of
difficult and dangerous it is in the dimension?
I knew that that I was yelling to avoid crying. I could feel
a lifetime of loneliness, hard work, disappointment, and
sorrow rushing from my deep unconscious where I had
hidden
it
from
my
conscious
mind.
I was just about ready to tell them to get out of my
house! when I felt the feeling of unconditional love again.
At first, my rage, and sorrow wanted to push away the
feeling. After all, did they think that one nightly visit
would change a lifetime of living in the density of this
wounded planet?
No, they replied to my thoughts. We did not think that.
In fact, we are here now to give you the comfort and
assistance that you so needed before. However, before
now, the frequency rate of the planet was so low that if

you could not expand your consciousness, which was

impossible for you to do after a few tours in VietNam, we
could not reach you.
We tried during your sleep, as we did when you were a
boy, but the nightmares that you had for so many years
after the war made it impossible for us to reach you.
Therefore, we had to wait until the frequency of Earth was
a bit higher.
We also had to wait until you found a way to heal your
inner wounds and raise your consciousness. Now that the
planet has a higher frequency, and you finally got enough
help to ease some of your inner pain, you are finally able
to at least hear us.
Oh, I saw you until they gave us those drugs to make
us better warriors, I finally admitted to someone, The
drugs allowed me to unjustly kill innocent women and
children, as well as my own inner child, but they tainted
my soul and ruined my self esteem.
I did not hear their response for what seemed like forever,
but I did feel them sending me that unconditional love
that filled me with the promise of change. However,
promise had been my enemy, as it had never manifested
in my miserable life.
NO I shouted. How do I know that you wont take away
this hard shell that I built so that I could survive this hellhole, and then just leave me like you did when I was a
teen?
They said nothing, knowing that I needed to vent, but
they kept sending the unconditional love. I raged, I yelled,
I threw things across the room. Then, finally, I collapsed
onto the ground and passed out. When I awoke I found
my self on the Starship.
What now? I asked, still bitter, but feeling much better.

I could see their outlines now and determined that there

were two men and one women, and that all three were
Pleiadian. The woman offered me a drink of something
that was gold and bubbly. Yes, I thought, knowing
somehow that this drink would put me into a deep,
healing, sleep.
I slugged down the drink, lay back, and waited for sleep. I
knew that this would not be a sleep filled with the usual
unrest at best, or nightmares at worst. This sleep would
be one of peace and love.
How did they know that I needed a break from that
dimension? And, didnt they say something about the
frequencies being too low down there? However, the drink
was taking over, and I could feel myself falling into a deep
sleep.
Please dont make me go back there? I heard myself say
as I drifted off.
My last thoughts were, Finally, I am back again from a
very long, and extremely painful, tour of duty on thirddimensional Earth.
