Business Visa
To explore or engage in business transactions in Cuba, travelers would
need a business visa. To be involved in business operations in Cuba having
entered the country with a Tourist Card is in violation of Cuban
Immigration regulations.
There are two types of business visas:

Business visa to explore business possibilities in Cuba (A-7)

Business visas to engage in business operations or transactions in


Cuba (D-7)
Procedure to obtain a visa to explore business opportunities in
Cuba.
You may obtain the Application Form directly for our Embassy or through
the link above.
The application should be submitted directly to the Consular Section of the
Embassy of the Republic of Cuba. It must be a personal request.
The applicant should present, plus the Applications Form duly filled up, the
following documents:
Letter that provide enough information to the Cuban Consulate on the
purpose of the trip.

2 pictures.

Hotel reservations confirmed

Round air ticket, with all confirmations made by the airlines to be


used.
Affidavit by the applicant stating that the visit is for tourist purposes but
no other purposes at all. This document must be duly notarized and
certificated by the Pakistani Foreign Office.

Affidavit issued by a bank or other financial institution proving that the


applicant has enough money or hold credit cards to cover all the
expenses during his/her visit to Cuba. This document must be duly
notarized and certificated by the Pakistani Foreign Office.

Valid passport (for at least 6 months).

The Consular fee for the business visa is 50.00 USD.


- Procedure to obtain visa to engage in business operations or transactions
in Cuba.
You may obtain the Application Form directly for our Embassy or through
the link above.
The application should be submitted directly to the Consular Section of the
Embassy of the Republic of Cuba. It must be a personal request.
The applicant should present, plus the Applications Form duly filled up, the
following documents:

2 pictures

Valid passport (for at least 6 months).

Letter of invitation from the Cuban Company o Institution who is


interest in the visit.
The Consular fee for the business visa is 50.00 USD.
Additional charge like communication with the Cuban authorities is 20.00
USD.
Both types of business visa are issued for a maximum stay of 30 days in
Cuba. Extension of business visas must be requested to the Immigration
Office in Cuba bay the Cuban interlocutor or Counterpart Company.
Service Charges Rs.1500/-
