While taking reverse in coal yard , Dumper# 102 (Operator: Mr. Rajesh Kumar ) touched the Sprinkler
#11 due to which sprinkler pipe along with foundation bend.

Immediately Dumper stopped by operator and informed to Control room.

9. Suggested remedial measure to avoid reoccurrences:

Tool box talk and hard barricading required for all sprinklers located in Coal yard area.
