1. The second party agree to work for the first party in the occupation of Cook in state of Qatar.
2. A contract duration: 24.Months
3. This contract is unlimited and shall be deemed valid with effect from the date of the second Party joining. The second party
shall be under probationary period of six month starting from date second party joining service. The first has right to terminate
the by giving the second party three days prior notice. This party shall bear repatriation expences to the second party, in case
return expense will be charged to the second party upon the successful completion of probation period, parties are entitled to
without explaining reasons provided that one month notice, one month notice pay is provided by the party wishes to terminate
the contract.
4. HOUR OF WORK: Eight (8) hours daily for (6) days in a week. The second party shall be entitled to a paid leave rest of
one day weekly on Friday.
5. SALARY: The salary of the second party shall be QR 1400.0 per month with free food and accommodation .
6. END OF SERVICE PREMIUM: The second party shall be entitled (21) days for each work year.
7. LEAVE:
(i) The second party shall be entitled to (21) day paid leave each year.
(ii) The second party shall receive full pay during the official holidays as then Qatari labour law.This is valid in state of Qatar.
(iii) The second party is entitled for sick leave with pay after three month of continuous service with the first party in
accordance with then Qatari labour law
8. TRAVEL EXPENCES:
(i) The first party shall undertake to pay the travel ticket to the second party from the city of (INDIA) to the place of work in
state of Qatar as well as the cost of the return passage. The first shall also bear the round trip travel cost of the second party
one time every two years when departing on leave these expenses shall not cover cost of acquiring or payment against any
guarantees.
(ii)The first shall be exempted from return travel expenses should the second terminate the contract violating provision of the
article (61) of the Qatari labour law.
9. ACCOMMODATION:
(i) The first party undertakes to provide a free and appropriate bachelor accommodation for the use of the second party to be
equipped with beds and suitable bathrooms.
(ii) The first party undertake to supply the second party with cold fresh drinking water.
10. TRANSPORTATION: The first party shall provide the second party free transportation from accommodation to the work
place and back.
11. MEDICAL CARE: The first party shall provide the second party with the required medical treatment in accordance with
rules and regulations in force in the state of Qatar.
12. GENERAL PROVIOSION:
(i) The second party here by agreed that he has seen all the internal regulation set for by the first that he undertakes to and
abide him by then.
(ii) The second party undertakes to his duties in accordance with average and means of daily performance for the same
career.
(iii) The second party shall undertakes to refrain from interfering in involved himself in any political or religious affair refrain
taking wine and drugs and respect the local custom and traditions.
(iv) The provisions of this contract agreement are governed by the Qatari labour law no(14) of the year 2004 and executive
decisions and as such they constitute the basis to resort in the event of any dispute arising between the two parties and all
the matters not provided in this contract shall be subject to the Qatari labour law.
13. Repatriation of mortal remains and settlement of his/her dues:
(i) In the case of death of the worker, the company/employer shall dispatch mortal remains of deceased emigrant to his/her
native place at his own expenses and shall settle all dues of the worker(s),in coordination with the Indian Embassy.
(ii) The worker will be given insurance cover during the duration of the contract.
