TOPIC- RECRUITMENT SATISFACTION AMONG EMPLOYEES
INTRODUCTION

Recruitment is the process of attracting, selecting and appointing suitable


candidates to one or more jobs within an organization, either permanent or
temporary. It comprises of activities such as attracting people by defining and then
advertising the job requirements and specifications, interviewing and/or testing the
candidates and selecting the suitable candidates and finally, through processes
such as induction and on boarding, makes the selected candidates into employees
of the organization.
Candidate perception is a term that defines the perceptions and opinions a job
seeker/candidate has about an organization's recruitment process and of the
organization itself. When companies seek to recruit people with sought-after skills,
candidate perceptions become a high priority for HR managers. Time-consuming,
complicated and confusing submission, interview, feedback and communication
processes will make candidates frustrated which can potentially lead to negative
consequences such as:

Recruitment is the most important process to be carried out in an Organization for
an employee.
Recruitment is the stepping stone for an employee to enter into an organization. A
very important role in the activities of the Management. Depending on the outcome
of the Recruitment a Companys future can be determined.
So if Recruitment is done in the perfect manner then the possibilities of selecting a
wrong candidate will be reduced ensuring all potential candidates to be selected.
Recruitment is a process through which the employee develops a good impression
about the Company which deals with the Satisfaction of the Recruitment process
which in turn increases the efficiency of the Human Resource Department

OBJECTIVES
To study the factors that affect the recruitment process and candidates Satisfaction
against it.
