Pier 40 & St. Johns Terminal

Tony, for the past twelve months, my firm has been working with Madelyn Wils on a proposal to secure
a $100M contribution by our client, Atlas Capital, to the Hudson River Park Trust to fund the cost of
rehabilitating /stabilizing Pier 40 for continued recreational use. We are in discussions to have the
residential development project over St. Johns Terminal become an ESD project through a State
sponsored general project plan.
I understand that Larry Schwartz may call you to discuss the State's interest in this project.
Are you ok with my asking Deputy Mayor Glen for time to introduce her to my client and the project
proposal? We wish to include your staff in the briefing.
Thanks for your consideration.

This would be in Alicia's portfolio so I would reach out to her. I have not heard about it from Larry or
anyone else so far.
Best,
- Tony
