H and HH slurry pumps are cantilever, horizontal centrifugal slurry pumps. They are
designed for the handlind highly abrasive,high density slurries in metallurgy industry,
mining industry, coal, power, building material and other industrial departments. The
pumps of these model also can be installed as multi-stage series.

The frame plate of H model pumps are adoptable of interchangeable hard metal or
pressured moulded elastomer liners. The impellers are made of hard metal or
elastomer.The liner and impeller for HH model pumps are adoptable of hard metal only.
The shaft seal system of H and HH model pumps can be packing seal,centrifugal seal or
mechanical seal.The discharge directions can be positioned at intervals of 45 degree as
request and oriented to any eight positions to suit installations and applications.

overhang minimises deflection and
vibration. Heavy duty roller bearings
are housed in a removable bearing
cartridge.
Mechanical seals
Single or double mechanical seals can
be offered as an alternative to a
conventional seal

A one piece casting cradles the
cartridge bearing assembly.
A minimum number of through bolts
hold the pump casing to the frame.
A means of impeller adjustment is
provided in a convenient position
below the bearing housing.
Shaft Sleeve
A hardened, heavy duty
corrosion-resistant
sleeve with "O" Ring
seals at both ends
protects the shaft. A slip
fit allows the sleeve to
be removed or installed
quickly.
Centrifugal Shaft Seal

A lage percentage of duties allow the
use of the centrifugal seal which
eliminates the need of sealing water
Impeller
The impeller may be either moulded elastomer or
hard metal. Deep side sealing vanes relieve seal
pressure and minimise recirculation. Cast-in
impeller threads are better suited for slurriers than
impeller inserts or nuts.

avaiable and can be
fitted with a low
flow or a full flush seal
water arrangement.
Mating faces in hard metal liners are

tapered to allow postive alignment
during assembly and allow
components to be easily removed for
replacement
