 Compensation Plan Details

Compensation for Retail Sales of Legitimate Products & Services Only

All commissions and management overrides paid to those who make up the Savings Society sales
organization are based on sales volume from the sales of legitimate products and/or services offered by
Savings Society and/or any partner companies that Savings Society represents.

Only ONE (1) Subscription per Household: (except for special situations requiring home office approval)

Perpetual Fast Start Bonus: (2 for 1 Pre-Paid Gas Card Certificates)

This is a unilevel bonus available to paying $49.95 Super Saver and $89.95 Business Builder participants
only and does not allow for any generational overrides to be dispersed upline. Certificates are issued to the
sponsoring member in “real time”, according to their member level held at the time their personally
sponsored member’s initial membership is paid and also, each time it is renewed monthly.

$49.95 Deluxe Members (Super Saver):

For each unit of monthly sales volume generated by sponsoring a $49.95 Deluxe membership the company
will reward the sponsoring Deluxe or Premium member with a $10 face value, 2 for 1 gas card certificate
redeemable for a cost of $10 for two pre-paid $10 gift cards from the company of their choice.

$89.95 Premium Members (Business Builder):

For each unit of monthly sales volume generated by a $89.95 Premium membership the company will
reward the sponsoring Premium member with a $25 face value 2 for 1 gas card certificate redeemable for
a cost to the member of $25 for two pre-paid $25 gift cards from the company of their choice.
When an $89.95 Premium member is sponsored by a $49.95 Deluxe member, the company will reward the

 Redeeming Certificates (3 Options)
Members will have 3 options in their back office for certificate redemption.
1. Redeem them online with a credit card. Pre-paid cards will be sent immediately to address of record
2. Print them to Gift or Sell to someone for their face value
3. Bank them to redeem back to the company for cash when accumulated certificates equal $500 or more.

Upon joining, all active (paying) members are qualified to receive monthly commission overrides from
members placed in their Matrix based on maintaining the following numbers of personally sponsored reps:

Retail Customer Position

A person who joins Savings Society as a Retail Customer only will NOT occupy a position in the matrix
and is NOT eligible to participate in the Compensation Plan. Their subscription price to participate in the
member benefits is the same as that of a Representative who will receive the following monthly commission
for sales volume generated their personal customer’s monthly purchases:
 Basic customer subscription: $19.95/month Commission: $5/month
 Deluxe customer subscription: $49.95/month Commission: $10/month
 Premium customer subscription: $89.95/month Commission: $25/month
Sales Rep Only Position
Anyone desiring to Retail any of Savings Societies products may obtain a Sales Rep position with the
company at no cost. They will not occupy a Matrix position but may retail any of our products from their
replicated website and receive residual monthly commissions from their customer’s monthly recurring
autoships as illustrated above.

 Membership Upgrades
Members may upgrade by changing their monthly autoship order in their back office to the package of their
choice and is effective the moment their next autoship is fulfilled.
Payment Cycle & Issuance of Checks
Matrix commissions are calculated monthly. Month ends at 11:59:59 the last day of the calendar month.
Monthly commissions are paid on or about the 15th of the following month. Two for one gas card certificates
redeemed online are honored immediately. Cards go in the mail the following business day. Certificates
redeemed back to the company for cash are calculated and issued weekly. Certificates redeemed before
Saturday at 11:59:59 at paid the following Friday.

Pin Level Promotions:

 Bronze: 1 personally sponsored
 Silver: 3 personally sponsored… 1 personal Bronze… filled first 2 matrix levels
 Gold: 4 personally sponsored… 2 personal Silvers
 Platinum: 4 personally sponsored… 3 personal Golds... earn $1,000 of matrix pay in one calendar month

Reentry Positions:
As a reward for having reached a new pin level, members may reenter another position in their Matrix each
time they achieve Silver, Gold and Platinum (3 reentries). Reentries may be placed after the 15th of the
following month in which they qualified for a reentry. Once a member has reached the Platinum pin level,
they may continue to reenter whenever they fill the first two levels of their last reentry, up to an unlimited
number of reentries. Re-entries can be banked for later use but may not be stacked up against each other.
Complimentary 3 for 1 Gift Card Certificates on Re-entry Positions:
 $19.95 re-entries receive 1 certificate monthly
 $49.95 re-entries receive 3 certificates monthly
 $89.95 re-entries receive 5 certificates monthly
