Thank you for requesting an appointment to submit an application/s for your passport/s.
Your appointment has been rearranged for 29th2016at12:00pm. Please contact us if you are not
able to make this time so we can rearrange another appointment.
Her Majestys Passport Office have advised that some customers applying for their passport from outside of
the UK have been provided with incorrect guidance relating to the supporting documents required in support
of their passport application.
This only affects customers born in the UK.

the correct information. HM Passport Office apologises for any inconvenience this may have
caused.

Attending your appointment - please remember the following:
You should arrive no more than 15 minutes before your appointment time.
We will screen, and search your baggage as you enter our office to ensure the safety of our staff and other
customers. Please keep baggage to a minimum to help prevent delays.
Please check carefully you have completed your application and remember to bring the form, 2
colour photographs and that you have completed a payment form
For each required supporting document (i.e. birth certificate) please remember to bring the original
and a colour photocopy. The original will be handed back to you at the VAC.
If you are submitting your current passport please bring the original and a full colour photocopy of
the entire passport (including blank pages). You will not be able to travel on it after you have
applied for a new one but you will be able to keep your current passport for ID purposes.
