    Training Institution (Reputation/Gravitas/Expertise)
    Course Content

    Educational background

    For MA: Bachelors Degree GPA not lower than 83% /


    For PhD: Masters Degree GPA not lower than 85% or its
    equivalent
    Relevance of the Undergraduate/Graduate Degree to the
    program being applied for
    Personality

    Attitude / Demeanor
    Focused, confident and composed
    Ability to represent the Philippine interest in future

    undertakings
    Communication Skills
    Seniority

    Age
    Length of Service
    Total
