Greetings!
The Electronic Financials Users Circle (EUC), Inc. invites you and
your accounting and budget personnel to our 8th Annual National Convention
with the theme Emerging PFM Reforms for a Stable Bureacracy. This will
be held from March 8 to 11, 2016, at the Sarabia Manor Hotel and Convention
Center, 101 Gen. Luna Street, Iloilo City, Philippines. Also invited to the
convention are the local government units including the barangays (Barangay
Chairmen, Barangay Kagawads, Barangay Treasurer and Barangay
Secretary).
The convention aims to update our participants on the latest
developments in information and communications technology and the
Philippine Public Financial Management Reforms (PFM) aligned with the
challenges under a new leadership to all national and local government
agencies, to promote the local tourism industry, to extend an outreach
program in the vicinity and to promote camaraderie and friendship among
members and convention participants.
