A Manifesto of Illuminaism Ideology

By the representatives of the founders of Illuminism

Illuminaism, the ideal utopia, has the ideology of Harmony. Harmony, because our nation is
based on the tranquility and conformity of the twenty districts with the expertise of different fields
of various aspects of what makes up life. We strongly encourage the individuality of each person as
we believe in the power of nurturing one so that they can develop their passion into something
exceptional. The act of discrimination and judgment is critically unacceptable in the society. Based
on the ability and the interests/ likeness of the individual, theyll be sorted into the district they are
most-fitted and would be well-belonged to the most.

The country will be divided into 21 factions one capital city, and twenty districts
surrounding the capital. The twenty districts are separated by the fields of various aspects of what
makes up life. With the capital in the middle, we have twenty different districts surrounding the
circular center of the country. The twenty districts are; lumber, agriculture, sciences, fishery, mining
& petroleum, technology, farming, art, music, medical, food, military & police force, banking,
engineering & architecture, transportation, textiles, philosophy, spiritual & religions, factories, and
athletes. Essential jobs, such as teachers, doctors, nurses, sellers are a necessity in every district.
For example, in district of science will contains scientists from the country to work on
research, labs, and experiment. After that, artefact will be transported around the country.
The country is not separated in term of province, but in term of district owing to the
ideology of harmony, every province are to be controlled by single prime minister or representative
which is the leader. They must able to control all of his or her people much harder than separate into
district system. The people of each district are to select one representative as the leader of their
community.

The twenty representatives of the twenty districts are under the control of monarchs; the
king and queen of the country. The representatives are responsible for carrying messages from the
head of country to the districts, and to take care of their community. The gathering of the
representatives is held every six months, as well as the monarchs.

As for the three main social institutions, weve selected Education, Cultural policy, and
Foreign policy as the most important factors of our utopia.

The most significant social institution is Education. Fulfilling the ideology of harmony, the
most necessary things is parents, teachers, government, and private organizations are responsible of
planting the idea of appreciation into the children's mind; teach them not to look down on other
people by teach their children, students and citizens to care for each other and aid each other when
its needed or not needed. Beneficial for all is more important than personal benefits is the core of
teaching , for instance every single occupation are valued the same amount in society by setting
community service in other districts in school; to make that students are to learn and realize how the
different roles of each occupation is important to the society. Therefore to appreciate what they do
for the society.

Our second social institution is Cultural Policy. English is the universal language, therefore
it is encouraged to be spoken when in public space to avoid discrimination and conflicts. Moreover,
there is no race or gender discrimination in the whole society. Male and female have equal rights in
society. Citizens need to respect others peoples right as long as those right does not affect his or her
rights, which mean every people need to respect others people rights and Accept people for who
they are, hear each others opinions out. Further more, the country is open to immigration although

there should be a clear purpose of why they are immigrating to our country. This is to prevent the
overload of immigrants from other countries who are living in the country without any purpose.

Lastly, Foreign policy the country will maintain peaceful and healthy relationship with
other countries. The cooperation with others countries include development of human resources and
capacity building, recognition of professional qualifications; consultation on political policies,
enhanced infrastructure and communications connectivity ,and development of electronic devices.
The country prepare and be ready to support and aid other countries when theres a cry for help.
