OBJECTIVES:
School-Based LAC recognizes that the quality of learning is greatly influenced by the quality of
teaching. This will aid teachers to successful teaching which is a result of systematic use of appropriate
strategies for delivery and assessing the learning objectives targeted for each lesson. They engage in
collaborative learning sessions to solve shared challenges encountered in the school. This aims to:
Improve the teaching-learning process that will lead to improve learning among students;
Nurture successful teachers;
Enable teachers to support each other to continuously improve their content and pedagogical
knowledge, practice, skills, and attributes;
Foster a professional collaborative spirit among school heads, teachers, and the community as a
whole.
III.
PERSONS INVOLVED:
Principal, Department Heads, Teachers in the Language Department and other invited speakers
from LGU-NGO in the community.

SOURCE OF FUNDS:
The expenses for the said activity shall be charged against the MOOE and Language subsidy
fund.
