The first Sobelmans Pub &
Grill franchise in Washington
County is expected to open
in Richfield by Thanksgiving,
with Al Hochmuth operating the
location.
The
old
Amicis
Italian
Restorante building has been
selected as the ideal location for
the franchise.
Right now things are kind of
preliminary, Hochmuth said. If
the building is not purchased and
another suitable location is not
found Hochmuth would be off the
hook, he added.

My wife and I are big fans of
Sobelmans, its obvious to see how
successful they are, Hochmuth
said, adding its a proven system.

Hochmuth, who has been speaking with the owners of the building, said he plans on speaking with
them again.
The rustic-looking building has
cream-colored brick and is three
stories.
It looks similar to the original
location, Sobelman said.
The announcement of the new
spot on the Sobelmans Pub &
Grill-Richfield Facebook page
from Saturday has earned more
than 1,000 likes.
This is all very exciting,
Sobelman said. Its a dream come
