Mandatory Qualifications: Successful candidates must possess and/or demonstrate:
BA Degree in Social Science or any other related Bachelor’s Degree.
Must have strong training and facilitation skills with at least 3 years’ experience as a lead trainer or facilitator.
Must have at least 2 years’ experience working with rural communities and/or International NGO’s.
Must have experience with administrative duties such as report writing, data and file management, plus strong computer literacy.
Proven ability to provide the highest client/customer service with strong interpersonal and intercultural skills.
Must be proficient in siSwati and English languages.
Must be willing to travel and overnight (occasionally) in and outside Swaziland.
Experience in managing, monitoring and evaluation of grants and or funded projects

The U.S. Peace Corps/Swaziland is seeking an individual for the long-term Personal Service Contract position of Program & Training Assistant (PTA) for the Youth Development Project. Position Description: This is an entry-level position. It is a fulltime, 40 hour per week position, requiring a great degree of energy, initiative, attention to detail, and flexibility. The incumbents serves as an integral member of Peace Corps Swazilands Programming and Training team in support of the agencys mission to serve the people of Swaziland. Responsibilities will include: performing a variety of administrative and technical support to volunteers, staff and partners related to youth development projects. The incumbent will also serve as a technical trainer for pre-service and in- service training for volunteers , assist with logistical planning, follow-up, research, writing tasks in support of senior-level personnel responsible for the program, and managing and coordinating small grants projects with US Volunteers.
