 un Roof Against Strong Sun Radiation
Sonnendach gegen starke Sonnenbestrahlung
Direct sun radiation can overheat the detector. If the detector temperature can reach more than 50C, a suitable sun roof must be installed.
The heating of the detector by thermal radiation from the vessel can
also be moderated by a thermal sheet, e.g. by a thin metal plate.
For each detector is a water cooling (option) available.
Wird durch Sonneneinstrahlung eine Detektortemperatur von ber 50C
erreicht, so ist ein geeigneter Sonnenschutz zu montieren.
Auch die Aufheizung des Detektors durch Wrmeabstrahlung vom
Behlter kann durch ein dnnes Wrmeableitblech gemildert werden.
Fr jeden Detektor steht auch eine geeignete Wasserkhlung (Option)
zur Verfgung.

In order to establish a continuous source length with a multiple source arrangement, different types of
shieldings must be used for interconnection. The different shielding types are mentioned with roman figures in
the drawing above.
Damit eine mehrteilige Stabstrahler-Anordnung einen mglichst durchgngigen Strahler bildet, sind
unterschiedliche Abschirmungen zum Zusammenbau zu verwenden. Die dazu notwendigen einzelnen

For remote control a pneumatic shutter system which is
available as an option the pneumatic is available with a
limit switch open/close indication. The limit switch box is
available in IP 65 or as an Ex-proofed system.

Sofern Sie den Verschlussmechanismus fernsteuern wollen ist eine pneumatische Verschlusseinrichtung optional
erhltlich. Die Pneumatic ist zustzlich mit Endschalter
fr die Positionsrckmeldung erhltlich.

Attention: Multipart rod source shieldings can not be

mounted on top of one another, but must be arranged
sidewise out-of-line. For each shielding a separate
pneumatic actuator is necessary. For the rod source
shielding with pneumatic, use the shielding type I only.

Achtung: mehrteilige Stabstrahler-Abschirmungen mit

Pneumatik knnen nicht direkt aufeinander montiert
werden, sondern mssen seitlich zueinander versetzt
angeordnet werden. Fr jede Abschirmung wird eine
kpl. Pneumatik bentigt. Die Pneumatik darf nur auf
Abschirmungen vom Typ I montiert werden.

must be used to comply with the EEx [ib] safety certificate. The partition wall is installed as a standard

Fr eigensichere Installationen, EEx [ib], Kabeladern mit 10mm Schrumpfschlauch berziehen,
oder eine Trennwand auf die Steckerleiste montieren die das Fadenma zwischen Ex i Kontakten
und nicht Ex i Kontakten auf mindestens 5cm verlngert. Die Trennwand ist als Standard auf der
Steckerleiste vormontiert.
