1.1

Important Information

Your production subscription entitles you to one production account in the SAP HANA Cloud Platform, mobile
service for app and device management landscape. SAP does not provide a development/test account as part
of your subscription.
A single tenant is supported per enterprise.
All customers are patched/upgraded concurrently with advance notice from SAP.
No RDP access to the infrastructure is permitted.
Session Manager Policies are not supported.
Direct API/programmatic access is not supported.
By default, a single Active Directory integration point is supported.
MDM Settings are in UTC and cannot be changed.

Cygwin. To enable communication between SAP HANA Cloud Platform, mobile service for app and device

Mobile Place

Mobile Place is the end user portal for SAP HANA Cloud Platform, mobile service for app and device management.
It combines the best features of Mobile Application Management (MAM) and Mobile Device Management (MDM),
providing a single interface into the Enterprise Mobility Management environment for both managed and
unmanaged users and devices.
Mobile Place allows:
Enterprises to present a branded, localized experience to end users; either enterprise-authenticated or cloud
only.
Users to download and secure applications (Enterprise or Commercial App Store) on their devices, receive
assistance and provide feedback on their apps, and opt-in for application services. They see only what fits
their context and the options appropriate for their usage.

Wrapped Android apps work on devices running version 4.x of the Android operating system.

Note
Android version 2.x and 3.x is deprecated and no longer supported.
