RED SHED

BIKE SHOP
Promote biking and bike use along the greenway.
the Red Shed is two shipping containers, many bikes, tools, helmets, work
stands, and one mechanic and many neighborhood kids.
All of the pieces already exist for a successful
venture and an opportunity to make a designed
success. A lot of the relationships between the
entities are occurring already just not in a grow-
ing and sustainable manner.

semi-sustainability

If the red shed bike shop can sell between 9 and 10 bikes a month it can cover nearly half of its operational expenses. This would
result in around $900 in income per month and cover the mechanics labor for the month. This should approach long term manager
free stainability.
