1. What is the name of your company?
The name of the company is Puto ng Ina Ko.

2. What is the profile and value proposition of your company?


The history of the company goes way back three (3) to four (4)
meetings ago with our professor. The team is a group of five close
friends.. Puto ng Ina Ko came into an idea from a product that
was once made long time ago; the putoflan. The members of the
group wants to revive this snack to todays generation for them to
appreciate the soft and sweet taste of the puto. The brand name
Puto ng Ina Ko that also serves as advertisement, which is very
attractive to the eye makes the prospective consumers curious on
what our company has to offer.
The products that the company will provide to the customers are
Putoflan, which is the main product whereas the sub products are
Red Velvet Puto with cream cheese toppings and Choco-Banana
Puto. The unique selling point of the company is that it combines
two classic desserts into one. It gives a homey sensation to those
who eats it.
3. What is the type of business of your company?

The team selected Sole Proprietorship or in other words Single


Proprietorship to legalize the business entity. Where one of the
members of the team will have full control/ authority of its own and
owns all the asset, personally owes and answers to all liabilities
and losses so that there wont be any misdirection of assets and
control of all things. The owner of the company will have to make
all the decision but without forgetting the team that helped him/her
to build this business.

4. Owners of the company


Single proprietorship:
As a single proprietorship, Ms. Arianna J Lee Siew Wen will
contribute P200,000. Whereas the rest of the team will contribute
P150, 000.
5. Capitalization requirements
Our business entity will have a capital contribution of Php 200,000
from the President of the Company and the rest of the members
will each give a contribution of Php 150,000.

6. Where is your company located


Our company will be located at St. Thomas Square 150 Espaa
Blvd, Brgy 398, Manila.
Manila, being the premier city, is the main embarkation point of
tourists

and

visitors.

Major

tourism

offices,

attractions

and

accommodations facilities are located in the city. A varied tourist


destination that caters to local as well as foreign visitors abounds
in the city both of natural and man-made attractions. There are

also luxury hotels, standard and economy class motels, pensions


and inns that are always ready to welcome these guests. Figures
from the Department of Tourism show that tourist arrivals in the
Philippines for the period January to October 1993 surpassed the
millionth mark with an aggregate total of 1,050,867 tourists. It may
be concluded that many of these tourists visited Manila because of
the citys unique tourist-attracting character.

7. Enumerate and describe your products and services:


Puto ng Ina Ko, offers delectable puto that you dont need
to dip in grated coconut, as youll enjoy every piece as it it. We
offer different kinds of puto like puto flan, red velvet puto and
choco-banana puto.
Puto flan is a fusion of two filipino favorites- puto and leche
flan. This fluffy and delicious variation of the famous puto has a
creamy egg flan on top and a soft, moist puto at the bottom. The
team assures that the consumers wont forget the taste of this
yummy treat.
Red velvet puto is a combination of the popular red velvet
cupcake and our very own native puto. It comes with a moist and

velvety puto topped with cream cheese frosting. Taste it and wont
get enough of it. Choco-banana puto combines your favorite
banana bread, chocolate, and native puto to create this one of a
kind dessert. This is a Banana puto marbled with chocolate and
topped with cashew nuts will surely satisfy the consumers sweet
cravings.

8. What is your Vision Statement?


To be number 1 in promoting Filipino delicacies to todays and
futures generation with a twist to keep the tradition alive.

9. What are your Mission Statement?


To provide consumers with the best tasting puto and leche flan
combined pastry.
To bring homey fell and reminisce about happy family moments.
To give an out of the ordinary sensation of taste to the consumers
taste buds.

What are your business objectives?

To be able to launch a wide franchise in the pastry industry in the


next two years.
To be able to please consumers by introducing 2 Filipino treats into

Why did you choose this logo?

The logo of the company is a mascot of a cute chubby boy


holding the main product the putoflan. There are lots of meanings
that this logo can give. This logo was inspired by one of the
members who is a guy whose mother who loves to bake pastry
goods. The chubby boy is showing thumbs up that means the
products that we offer are would always give you satisfaction and
show thumbs up because your mouths are full from eating. Besides
it meaning as thumbs up, it also means like what the brand name
says Puto ng Ina Ko. If we think in a more inspirational and
creatively, it also means that we all have an inner child within
ourselves and that we too also crave for something sweet, which is
what the company will be able to give.
