This is an evaluation report for your students based on key skills and knowledge of the language.

This report must be completed based on the following methodology:

Assessment Report

Active conversation session with participant


Assign at least 20 minutes of conversational practice with student to discuss a limited range of
topics in order to positively assess his or her skills in the language.

Preparing for the interview


Prepare topics for discussion, including personal introductions, appropriate for the students level
of proficiency in English.
Use Questionnaires 1, 2, 3 or 4 as appropriate for the students level of proficiency.

Assessment points
Each item (Lexical, Structural, Conversation and Pronunciation) is evaluated based on a scale
from 1 to 10, where 1 represents the lowest level in the skill or functional language and 10 the
highest.
Annotations serve to indicate areas of opportunity critical for the participant.
