1008 Underwriters Transmittal Summary
1003 Uniform Residential Loan Application (Amount of new P&I mortgage payment, including escrow, if not shown
on the application)

Income verification for each borrower (Most recent pay stub, personal and/or business tax return, or W2): If the new
mortgage is a streamline/HARP, income verification is still required for BB&Ts 3rd party DTI calculations
Appraisal*: (If the new mortgage is a streamline/HARP and appraisal was not submitted, or if the request involves cash out, we
will obtain an alternative property value that will incur additional charges, in which case an appraiser will need to visit the subject
property to obtain pictures, etc. Please inform the client of this, so they will be aware of the visit.)
Packing and/or mailing label to return signed documents (if no label is provided, documents will be sent regular
mail. Expect 7-10 business day delivery on all regular mail requests)

Fees

An invoice will be provided once the final decision has been rendered. It is recommended to wait for
invoice before submitting fees.

Appraisal Fee*:
o If not received with package: BB&T will order a valuation. The fee will range from $35 to $450.

Processing Turn-around Time


Subordinations can take 10-15 business days to process. Processing will not begin until all required documents
are received.
