Findings:
Apical pleural thickening is again seen on both sides and appears unchanged.
The previous bilateral lung opacities with radiolucencies, more on the RIGHT, are still noted and show
no significant interval change.
Heart appears marginal in size to slightly enlarged. Aorta is atheromatous.
The hemidiaphragms are low-set with tenting deformity noted on the RIGHT. Blunted bilateral
costophrenic sulci.
Slightly S-shaped scoliosis of the dorsal spine.
IMPRESSION:
PULMONARY HYPERAERATION
UNCHANGED BIAPICAL PLEURAL THICKENING
NO SIGNIFICANT INTERVAL CHANGE IN THE BILATERAL OPACITIES WITH
RADIOLUCENCIES OR BRONCHIECTATIC CHANGES
MARGINAL-SIZED TO SLIGHTLY ENLARGED HEART, ATHEROMATOUS AORTA
PLEURODIAPHRAGMATIC ADHESION, RIGHT
PLEURAL EFFUSION AND/OR THCKENING, BILATERAL
SLIGHTLY S-SHAPED SCOLIOSIS OF THE DORSAL SPINE
