In our generation, almost every constitutional right is violated. And as I have

observed in our country, the most commonly violated constitutional right is Article
XIII Section I The Congress shall give highest priority to the enactment of
measures that protect and enhance the right of all the people to human dignity,
reduce social, economic, and political inequalities, and remove cultural inequities by
equitably diffusing wealth and political power for the common good. Lets face the
truth. Wherever you look, its a common sight to see an individuals rights being
violated. Its normal to us nowadays. Even some public servants violate human
rights, to think that they should be the ones implementing it. They are the ones
violating it, rather, messing up with it. Believe it or not, we live in a generation
where people are being controlled by a piece of paper. Money is a force so strong,
rich people can buy even peoples pride and dignity. They suddenly gain rights to
violate any humans rights through the use of their money. Its like rich people
become the ones who control the law. They play it in their palms like balls that they
can just toss around effortlessly.
Come to think of it, its hard to lessen this manner because the ones we are
going to fight against are the civil servants who know the law. Standing up against
this manner is going to be hard. Its going to take more than one person to start
making actions against this manner. Its going to be one heck of a fight for each
individuals rights for our countrymen. Besides, what can an individual do against
money, which as of now is like strings controlling people? Heres my answer to that.
I will help in reporting any person (Civil servant or not) who violate someones
rights. Rights should not be measure just by the financial status of an individual.
Either rich or poor, each individual should be treated the same. An individual
reporting this kind of Crimes will make a difference. As I mentioned, its going to be
hard. Its going to take more than one person to start making actions against this
manner. Why should we be scared anyways? Because they can play with the law
and have us jailed in no time? They can step on our rights too because we are
standing up against them? We should stand up for what is right, even if it means
standing up alone. Its going to be hard. But its not impossible. Its going to take
one nation. Not one individual or institute. If we dont want to stand up for
ourselves, at least stand for your children, grandchildren and family members who
would be living in the future. Who knows how much worse can this manner get as
time passes by? People should be the ones controlling money, not the money that
controls us. Thats why we need to wake up from this parallel universe where money
are the ones controlling people. Can you imagine? If there are people who are close
to you and you see their rights being stepped on, what would you feel? If we are not
going to stand up now, when are we going stand up? The time for a change is NOW.
