A complimentary Spouse Card comes along with your membership package. The Spouse Card comes with no additional
certificates and cannot be used in conjunction with the Primary Card. It does entitle to a 25% discount at Ayna, Vasco or

FOOD & BEVERAGE CERTIFICATES

One (1) certificate entitling the Bearer to a complimentary buffet lunch for two (2) persons atVascos , valid between Monday to Friday only.
One (1) certificate entitling the member to a complimentary chocolate cake (max. 1kg), while dining at the hotel. Advance reservations of a
minimum of 24 hours is required to avail of this benefit.This benefit is for members use only.
Two (2) certificates one for Ayna and one for Vascos, entitles the Bearer to a 50% discount on the food ordered and a 20% discount on the
beverage ordered while dining at any of the restaurants, for a maximum of eight (8) individuals.
One (1) certificate entitling the card holder to a special rate of Rs. 1200 plus taxes and service charge for a minimum of 100 guests for a banquet
social function. Menu to include 1 vegetarian, 1 non vegetarian starter, 2 non vegetarian main course, 3 vegetarian main course, 1 dal, 1 rice, 2
desserts and 1 ice-cream.This voucher is non transferable and to be used by the member only.

ACCOMMODATION CERTIFICATES
One (1) certificate entitling the Member to a complimentary night stay in the base category of room.This benefit is subject to

room allocation availability.Taxes on room and extras will be charged directly as applicable.This benefit is valid on a Friday or a
Saturday night and is for Members use only.
Five (5) certificates entitling the Member to a 30% discount on the Best Available Rate on accommodation on any category of
room at any participating Hilton Hotel in India.This benefit is subject to room allocation availability. Valid from Friday to
Sunday nights at all participating Hilton hotels in India except at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Goa Arbora Baga where
this benefit is applicable from Sunday to Thursday night and at Hilton Shillim Estate Retreat & Spa Pune where it is applicable
any day of the week.This benefit is for members use only.
Two (2) certificates entitling the Bearer to a complimentary upgrade to the next category of room. Reservations must be made
at club rates and accommodation is subject to room allocation availability. This benefit is valid for a maximum of three (3)
consecutive nights.Tax difference on room and extras will be charged directly as applicable.

MEMBERSHIP TERMS*
Your membership is valid for 12 months from the date of issuance of the membership. Introductory membership fee is

Rs 7,500 + ServiceTax amounting to Rs 8,550/- only.

The membership card is not transferable.The membership card and the certificates have no cash value and cannot be traded.
Lost or misplaced card / certificates cannot be replaced.
Discounts can only be availed upon presentation of your valid signed Hilton Premium Club Membership Card. The value of
the specific discount does not include taxes.
To avail of the membership discount, the requirement is that two main courses must be ordered. Only one card can be used
per visit / per table. Membership benefits will not apply during promotions, special events and festivals.
All certificates are for one time use only and need to be surrendered to avail of the benefit.
Management reserves the right to change the terms of membership from time to time without any Notice.
