1. A teacher teaching with good lesson plan but cannot execute the lesson well.
- Before a teacher teach a lesson, she must first make a plan on how the
lesson can be executed but the most important is she can execute her
lesson very well to her students because a lesson plan is only a guide to
the procedure of her lesson. She can make a good lesson plan but doesnt
have a teaching skill and doesnt know how to interact with her students,
she will never be an effective teacher to them.
2. A teacher who does all the talking

-Teachers who does all talking while teaching will not attain the
learning outcome for their students because they feed everything to
the students without knowing if the students really understood the
topic they discussed. This way of teaching is teacher centered where in
the teacher will be the one who talk until the class end. This strategy
cannot help the students to develop their ability to speak, think
critically and also their confidence because they dont have
opportunity to express their ideas, feelings and questions that might
give them some confusion. As a student, one of the ways I learned was
when I express myself, if I have idea for the particular topic I raised my
hand and say it to the class then it makes me satisfy every time I gave
my opinion especially if its a question.
3. Implementation of k to 12 programs to Philippine schools.
Implementation of k to 12 programs to Philippine schools is still not
accepted by other parents because one of their reasons is they dont have
enough money to sustain their children by sending them to schools that is
why the government make it free for all. K to 12 programs is very helpful for
every high school students because it will serves for them a preparation for
their career when they enter in tertiary level. They will choose whatever
course that suit to their potential and ability. This program aims to become
globally competitive in all aspect of learning.
4. A teacher teaching with a heart.
A teacher teaching with heart is an important element to become
effective in learning process of the students. Having heart in whatever
profession you have means you are willing to take the risk no matter what
just same in teaching profession. It is essential for the teacher to love their
chosen field because teacher serves as a prime mover and mentor for the

students that willing to accept their differences. Once a teacher commits a

mistake in teaching the students, it will multiply.
5. Name a teacher who do you think possesses a quality of a good teacher.
- For me, the teachers who possess a good quality are Ms. Charlene
Bugtong and Mr. Toto Lubigan because they both have the brain and a heart
for teaching students. They have many knowledge and wisdom to share for
their students and a passion to teach them with all their hearts.
