Kinetic Active Overview
Kinetic Active is the full service creative and production arm of OOH media specialist
Kinetic World Wide. Our job is to create brand experiences across digital out of home,
experiential, mobile, special builds, interactive projections, graffiti and anything else
we can dream of, for some of the biggest clients in the world.
Out of Home is so much more than a media channel, it is a behaviour. It is an
understanding of the actions, habits, sentiments and movements of the on-the-go
audience. Out of Home is a convergence of media types, platforms and technologies,
and Kinetic Active sits at this point of convergence.

Job Purpose , Objective of the Role

To support the team in project managing all live Kinetic Active projects
To assist in overseeing special build projects from start to finish

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities

Dealing with suppliers and clients to ensure that all deliverables are met the
given timelines
Developing and maintaining strong relationships with agency, clients, suppliers
and media owner contacts
Assist in pulling together the Scope of Work (SOW) document for client
approval, including final costs, project timeline and designation of roles and
responsibilities
Helping to project manage special builds including interactive displays and
bespoke displays in OOH
Assist in costing projects with suppliers
Attending project status meetings with all relevant parties to ensure project is
on track
Manage the client and agencies expectations and react to changes
Ensure that all incoming briefs are responded to
Negotiating costs to bring suppliers projects in within budget
To minimise risk and manage expectations through the project
Performing competitive analysis and post campaign analysis
To book and option experiential space
Identify new technologies and examples of other innovative campaigns
To ensure that best practice process is adhered to
Keeping Kinetic Actives opportunity overviews up to date
Gathering campaign photography and sending over to clients and agencies
Identifying potential client issues and working with the manager to develop
solutions
Developing excellent relationships and networks within Kinetic
Growing industry knowledge through compulsory attendance at internal training
programmes
Attending all company meetings and Kinetic forums
Attendance at all media owner presentations
Understanding Kinetics offering (including the small business units) and to
communicate appropriately

Qualifications, Skills and Experience
Required

Educated to A-Level or equivalent standard


GCSEs to include English and Maths (A to C)
Good understanding and use of MS Office /Windows Outlook, Excel, Word and
PowerPoint
Good understanding of Out of Home market place
Good understanding and interest in emerging technology
Strong interest in and passion for creative disciplines e.g. design, art,
theatre/film, drama, music

OOH project management experience
Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite & similar
