Preface
Summer training is essential for the fulfilment of b.tech curriculam. It provides
an apportunity to the student to understand the industry with special emphasis
on the development of skill in analyzing interoperating practical problem
through application of company.
This report document the work done during the summer training internship at
P K Enterprises Faridabad under the guidance of Mr. Nishant khera
.the report first shall give the over view work done during the period of
internship. The technical details about the machine and its various interface and
conclusion draw out of it.

I have tried my best to keep the report simple yet technically correct. I hope I
succed in my attempt.

Company Profile

Introduction of Assigned Job

Quality Assurance (QA) is a way of preventing mistakes or defects in
manufactured products and avoiding problems when delivering solutions or
services to customers.
In developing products and services, quality assurance is any systematic process
of checking to see whether a product or service being developed is meeting
specified requirements. Many companies have a separate department devoted to
quality assurance. A quality assurance system is said to increase customer
confidence and a company's credibility, to improve work processes and
efficiency, and to enable a company to better compete with others. Quality
assurance was initially introduced in World War II when munitions were
inspected and tested for defects after they were made. Today's quality assurance
systems emphasize catching defects before they get into the final product.

ISO (International organisation for standardization) is an international standard

that many companies use to ensure that their quality assurance system is in
place and effective. Conformance to ISO is said to guarantee that a company
delivers quality products and services. To follow ISO , a company's
management team decides quality assurance policies and objectives. Next, the
company or an external consultant formally writes down the company's policies
and requirements and how the staff can implement the quality assurance system.
Once this guideline is in place and the quality assurance procedures are
implemented, an outside assessor examines the company's quality assurance
system to make sure it complies with ISO. A detailed report describes the parts
of the standard the company missed, and the company agrees to correct any
problems within a specific time. Once the problems are corrected, the company
is certified as in conformance with the standard

3.1 Quality Assurance Requirement:

1) Registrants and licensees should be responsible for establishing the quality

assurance programme required by the principal requirements of the

applicable standards.
2) The quality assurance programme should be designed in relation to the
magnitude and the likelihood of potential workplace exposures.

3.2 Common Principal for Quality Assurance:

1) Quality assurance policies and procedures should underpin all levels of
the European Qualifications Framework.
2) Quality assurance should be an integral part of the internal
management of education and training institutions,
3) Quality assurance should include regular evaluation of institutions, their
programmes or their quality assurance systems by external monitoring
bodies or agencies,
4) External monitoring bodies or agencies carrying out quality assurance
should be subject to regular review,
5) Quality assurance should include context, input, process and output
dimensions, while giving emphasis to outputs and learning outcomes,
6) Quality assurance systems should include the following elements:
7) Clear and measurable objectives and standards, guidelines for
Implementation, including stakeholder involvement,
8) Appropriate resources,
9) Consistent evaluation methods, associating self-assessment and external
review,
10 ) Feedback mechanisms and procedures for improvement,
11) Widely accessible evaluation results,
12) Quality assurance initiatives at international, national and regional
level should be coordinated in order to ensure overview, coherence, synergy
and system-wide analysis,
13) Quality assurance should be a cooperative process across education
and training levels and systems, involving all relevant stakeholders, within
Member States and across the Community,
14) Quality assurance orientations at Community level may provide
reference points for evaluations and peer learning

3.3 Quality assurance flow chart:

Modular description of the Quality Assurance

In this section I am giving a brief introduction of the job/task assigned to me
at M/s P K ENTERPRISES. by the company officials. I was trainee at the
quality assurance department of the company.
I was made to understand the making and manufacturing of the CNC
components. My job was to understand the process of department.
I also understood the usage and detailed working of the machinery that was used
to manufacture the product.

Conclusion
The journey of Eight-week industrial internship ends here. In the span of eight weeks, I learned
a lot about the Quality Assurance in manufacturing department of M/s QH Talbros Ltd. The
outcome of this internship was fabulous. Getting an industrial touch at this time of the carrier
gave me a boost to look forward towards the industry. When the work started, we have lots of
the question to answer and complete the task but the main and foremost important thing was to
learn about the industry.
Every new day I faced the new opportunities regarding different new machines in R & D
Quality Assurance department
Every day we learn new things in quality assurance. The quality assurance team is one of the
main part of the industry. Every physical component that we can see was once checked by the
team.
