Weve invited you here today to show you our

gratitude and to show you firsthand the impact
of your support. Just as art has been shown to
have healing properties, our mission is to help
families of seriously ill children on their healing
journeys. Thanks to you, close to 4,000
families this year will benefit from our House
and Family Rooms.
This is our second annual event. In association
with Akin Projects, 23 artists graciously gave
their time and creativity to craft pieces of
art with children staying at our House. The
pieces theyve produced are colourful, unique
and beautiful expressions of the pairings that
produced them. The creative process brought
much light and laughter to our House. We
hope the art will bring joy to your homes for
years to come.
Thank you for sharing in this experience
today and for your continued support and
involvement with us throughout the year.
Sincerely,

1 The Art of Healing
