Where You Are Now:
You are living only the Mind that is always in conflict. and that conflicted Mind gives

The only way is to go to the subconscious mind. The subconscious mind is more

Dr. Pillai: Think and Manifest. Its a literal truth for me. It is literally literal.
But critics may say, Well, I am thinking about a mansion or a Rolls Royce or a
beautiful face. Will that manifest? So its a frivolous question.
I talked about it a little bit yesterday, about Tesla and who when he thought about
something and it appeared before him in some form, and it was so tangible. And
you can do research on it.
I said also Ramanujan, the mathematician who always had answers in the form of
equations. And he said that the equations came from God. He said that they are the
expressions of God. And he did not know the steps [to the solutions].
And I also have Plato on my side, who said, The idea and the object. And I also
have Yoga on my side. I am not going to go deep into all of these things, Ill do it in
the seminar Im doing for Guru Purnima.

Plato said, the idea and the object. Without the idea, there is no object. Chitta
Matra (Chittamatra) is Buddhism talking about it. Chitta Matra is: the Mind only
exists. So the Mind can do a lot. It is the mind that creates everything. It creates
prosperity, it creates poverty.
In my program called the MidBrain Miracle Method, I said, If you are poor, you
blame it on the Brain.
If you are unable to comprehend a particular science, mathematics or whatever,
you again blame it on the Brain.
The Brain is everything.

DAY 2 TECHNIQUE INITIATION:


So lets go about the technique that I talked about yesterday.
Just go and concentrate here [taps straight up middle of forehead from brow to
hairline].
(And I can give you a few hours of lecture about what is there, at these parts that
correspond to the areas in the Brain, Sanskrit terms that I dont want to worry about
that. )
What you want to worry about is:
Just close your eyes and create the pressure in between the two eyebrows.
And then tap, tap, tap, tap your Forehead and go up to the Top of the Brain [top of
the head].
And then look at it mentally, the spot as if there is a streak of Light starting from the
spot in between the two eyebrows, the Brow Chakra and then going to the Top of
the Head.
And this, you should keep in your consciousness all of the time, no matter what you
do.
Meditation is not just for 20 minutes. If you do that then you will realize.
Think and Manifest will be true.

Ultimate Meditation MidBrain Focusing: In today's video, Dr. Pillai talks about this
simple but most powerful meditation, "put attention in this Spot, the top of the nose

Why am I asking you to put your attention all the time, whether you are doing a sitdown meditation or even in waking consciousness and doing other things or work,
you are required to put attention in this Spot, the top of the nose exactly like this

[gestures to point above nose between 2 eyes] and then go to the top of the Brain.
And what's the purpose?
The purpose is, you know, this entire region [swipes hand across forehead], the
forehead is a very important place as far as the Brain is concerned. Likewise, the
Frontal Lobe where there is self-actualization, your identity and decision making are
all happening in the two hemispheres of the frontal lobe.
The right frontal and the left frontal [lobes], they are different in terms of
personality but both of them are very important. But then I'm asking you to go, not
into either of the frontal lobes, but just go into the midBrain area.
So I told you that the midBrain is the most important one. There are some videos,
you know, that are available on the YouTube. You can watch that on the midBrain.

So it's like a Remote Control, you know. Thought Manifestation takes place there. In
fact, this particular meditation of focusing on the midBrain, going from the Brow
Chakra to the Crown Chakra, is the Ultimate Meditation.
MidBrain Focusing Is The Highest Technique:
You are really very fortunate to start, even at the very start, with the Highest
Technique.
There is no technique higher than this. This is THE highest technique. Because we
don't want to waste time.
Fastest Meditation For Results: Like An Express Elevator
Why, why, you know, go taking steps while you can take, you know, the Elevator,
Express Elevator! It's an Express Elevator!
So, I want you to me feedback. How it goes. It is a very, very simple technique. You
know, it's not difficult at all.
As we go along, I will tell you why it is significant. And I want you to gain some
experience.
DAY 4
In this video, Dr. Pillai talks about the different states of Brain waves, Theta and
Delta, which are experienced with his instant MidBrain meditation and how that has
remarkable results, in higher intelligence. He asks for you to keep a journal and

update him on your progress.

Instantaneous Brain Training:
You can easily go into a Theta and sometimes even a Delta State, by just
concentrating on this Spot [runs fingers up forehead, between brows to hairline].
Even Long Term Meditators Do Not Experience Such Instant Results:
Its an amazing thing. You know, you ask anybody who has been meditating for
some time or a few years, they wouldnt be even able to go to Theta or Delta State
instantaneously. This [instant meditation] can do that.
Focus On Spot & Go Into Theta & Delta State:
Of course there are more elements that will speed it up, but since you are
beginning, I think this is good enough. Having said that, that doesnt mean? That
you wont go to a Theta State with this one? Just focus on it [spot] and youll go into
a Theta or Delta State.
Brain State Becomes Quiet & More Intelligent:
What does that mean? That means your Mind is very, very quiet. The Brain is
working very, very quietly. The more quiet it becomes, the more intelligent it is.
Ultimate Meditation:
Thats why I said that this is the Ultimate Meditation that I can think of. I know at
least a few hundred different forms of meditation. You cannot achieve the results
that youll achieve here within say -- two minutes. And being in the marketplace
with a meditation like mindfulness.

There are some secrets which I will reveal to you later on of what really happens.

In Day 5 Of Dr. Pillai's Free Live Subsconscious Mind Training, Dr. Pillai talks about
how this time in history is Ganesha's power time. This past week, the CEO of Apple,
Tim Cook, visited an India Ganesha temple known for its supernormal powers. Dr.
Pillai also talks about the acceleration of Time in getting things done, including his
meditation technique, which takes a few seconds and is all you need.
"All that you need is the Technique."
"... every part of here [tapping his forehead] corresponds to a different part of the
Brain. And then it will activate you. And then it will activate you. And everything is
dependent on how good or bad our Brain works.
"So the most important thing is the Practice. So practice it."
In Day 6, recorded live on FaceBook, Dr. Pillai names this new practice, "MidBrain
Watch" and explains how it will change our concept of Time and why that is
valuable: you can produce results in Space and Time. He leads his students in a step
by step practice of "MidBrain Watch."
Dr. Pillai: This is Day 6 For our Subconscious Mind Training Tapping, I have come up
with a name for this exercise.
I dont want to call it as just tapping but its rather watching your forehead or your
Midbrain. Or Midbrain Watch would be a proper name for that.
Lets start with the Practice. And before I do, I just want to let you know why we do
the practice. We do the Practice to change our concept of Time.
Slow Time
We relate to Time only in a very gross form. Let me give you a very graphic,
mundane example. We are able to grasp our concept of Time in terms of, say, a
month. Like in a month, after working for 30 days, you will get paid. But you cannot
conceive of a time that you can get paid in Seconds.
We need to have a concept of Time thats very fast moving.
Brain Training Occurs With 'MidBrain Watch'
And this Exercise will help you with that. Because the Brain is a very sensitive
organ. It processes Gamma Rays. the bodily senses cant do that.

Time Line Jumping:


And especially this area [touches line from midbrows to hairline on forehead] is
associated with Time Jumping. Time Jumping is another course that I have done.
And its available for a lot of free videos I have done on the Time Jumping.
Space Jumping:
So we are not only going to Time Jump, but we are also going to Space Jump
because Time and Space are related. So just dont think that you are not going to
produce any dramatic results within say a minute or 30 seconds.
30 seconds is a long time.
You can produce results. You can produce results within One Minute.
One Minute Meditation:
I have a One Minute Meditation also. There are many versions of it I have produced.
And they are also available in my YouTube for free. And now this is a technique that I
have recently come up with, so this is part of my new teaching.
[Begin MidBrain Watch Meditation]
Close your eyes and then touch your Brow Chakra.
That is the point in between the two eyebrows.
With your ring finger Three 3 Times you Tap:
1 [Tap] -- then Feel. Two -- 2 [tap] Feel. Three: -- 3 [tap] Feel.
We are going to do it nine times. So Three 3 in each segment.
The 1st Set: [Taps between two eyebrows each time and Counts]
1 Feel. 2 Feel. 3 Feel.
The 2nd Set: [Taps between two eyebrows each time and Counts:]
1 Feel. 2 Feel. 3 Feel.
The 3rd Set: [Taps between two eyebrows each time and Counts:]
1 Feel. 2 Feel. 3 Feel.
Keep Feeling it.
Keep concentrating in between the two Eyebrows.
Now you can open your Eyes. [End MidBrain Watch Meditation]

In Day 7 of 30 Days, recorded live on FaceBook, Dr. Pillai explains that this short,
simple MidBrain Watch technique gives phenomenal results in a very short period of
time, even a few seconds and even less than 3millionth of a second.

Truti - Indian Time Metric - less than 3millionth of a second
Today, I'm going to talk about a concept called "Truti" in Sanskrit. If you want to
know more about it, go to Indian Time Metrics in Google, then you will find out.
What is Truti? Truti is 1 by 3 million 240,000th of a Second. Okay?
Can you conceive of 3 millionth? Even 3 millionth division of a second? The reason
why I am saying this is because I feel some of you are thinking that, 'What is going
to happen just by doing this tapping on the forehead for a few seconds?"
In a few seconds, you can accomplish a lot.
Yogis Created Truti - Time Metric
And this division of Time, Truti, which is the 3 million and 240,000ths of a second -was conceived by the Yogis.
And they said that you have to finish a Mantra within that [period of]time.
One Minute Meditation:
That's why I put out this One Minute Meditation 10 or 15 years ago. And within one
minute, you have to do a number of syllables: 5, 6 syllables. And then I reduced it to
one syllable.
Phonemic Intelligence:
I want you to look at my teachings on Phonemic Intelligence. One Phoneme is
enough. I've done a lot of research on that. Currently, I'm doing an FMRI studies on
some of the single Phonemes, like AH - EE -- II . And you can see the signatures in
the Brain -- it's amazing.
Brain Wave Studies Show Results:
Earlier on, I did a research with the Brain Science International and that's an EEG
study. That [study] showed great results, but people said it is not science, Brain
Wave studies, 'You have to do FMRI studies.' That's why I am doing that now.
So, don't feel that you are not spending enough time to get results.
You are getting results, regardless, whether you believe it or not.
If you have a machine in front of you, even an EEG machine, you will know that.

Now, let's go and do the technique. You remember that you are going to tap, tap,
tap.
Yesterday, I introduced you three times: tap, tap, tap.
And then three: another three times. And every time you tap, you are going to feel
it. You are going to do that.
Now, Close your eyes.
And tap, tap, tap at the Brow Chakra,
in between the two Eyebrows.
[Taps Once] One. Feel it! [Taps] Two. Feel it. [Taps once] Three. Feel it.
[Taps Once] One. Feel it! [Taps Once] Two. Feel it. [Taps Once] Three. Feel it.
[Taps Once] One. Feel it! [Taps Once] Two. Feel it. [Taps Once] Three. Feel it.
Keep Feeling It.
That's all you have to do.
It's a very, very simple technique. But you will get more results than people who sit
and meditate and fight with their thoughts and then get nowhere. And you can do it
in any part of the day.
As I have said, always remember [taps between eyebrows] this area, the Brow
Chakra, and All of the forehead -- all throughout the day.
