WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHY AGREEMENT

This contract for wedding photography services is will be fully binding upon full payment and is signed by
one of the parties.

2ND Photographer Wedding Background Session:
Photographer will provide 200 Printed pics total one of each guest
Additional pics can be purchased individually by the guest.

Per this agreement time for services rendered will be provided from 4:00pm up to 10:00pm with an
additional 1 hour set up included starting at 3:00pm any additional time needed will be billed to
your account at $75.00 hr. in one hour increments.

Terms and conditions

*No part of order will be delivered or services will be rendered until the balance is paid in full. *It is
understood Marcel Yanez dba MY Studios is the exclusive official photographer retained to perform
photographic services requested on this contract. *In the event of postponement or cancellation of the
wedding contract any and all payments are nonrefundable.
*NOTICE OF COPYRIGHT: It is ILLEGAL to copy or reproduce these photographs elsewhere
without Photographers permission and violators of this Federal Law will be subjects to its civil and
criminal penalties.
*The studio reserves the right to use digital files and /or reproductions for display, publication or
other purposes. Digital files and previews remain the exclusives property of the studio.
*The studio takes utmost care with respect to the exposure and development of photographs.
However, in the event the studio fails to comply with the terms of this contract due to any event
outside of the control of the studio, the studios liability is limited to refund of the retainer within 30
days of event.
