Description

LRN is a true leader in the Ethics & Compliance space. Along

with the other products and services, Online Education is a
major service that LRN is providing from many years. It has
got about 300 Clients like, Pfizer, Apple, Disney, Trump, Rolls
Royce and many more. LRN operate has a business culture
which is very distinguished.
The objective of the project :
1) Study the Objective of the Company and its Target
Audience.
2) Understand the Production flow structure and understand
the various functional teams(responsibilities of in-house
staffs).
3) Study of various Technological support and Deliverables
offered by LRN.
4) Understand the current challenges and find solution to
overcome those challenges.

Problem
Statement

LRN (Legal Research Network) is an American company

specializing in advising and educating organizations. LRN
has own learning management system , have developed
around 2000+ learning courses in 50+different languages in
E & C space.
LRN has a flat reporting structure which emphasizes

"collaborative management."
LRN utilize an Agile ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development,
Implementation) development process, which focuses on
heavy stakeholder engagement, rapid prototyping, iterative
builds, condensed delivery timeframes and proven testing
and implementation strategy.
Study the milestones within the E-learning development
Process. We will also study the how the five phases of ADDIE
is implemented on E-learning Production process.
We will understand the various functional teams like
instructional writers, functionality developers, creative
visualisers, web designer and quality assurance group .

Resource scheduling and Optimization are considered to be

an important factor in project management. Earlier LRN was
facing Challenges in using its resources in optimum. But
now In a Year LRN produces about 2000+ modules with just
40 production resources. We will study the change adopted
by LRN in order to sort their resourcing challenges.

Methodology
used

The project involves a primary research approach which

involves gathering data that can be collected through
surveys using questionnaires or interviews . Research
methods involve describing qualitative research tools like
interviews, surveys, and observations.
Expert Survey would be research instruments that would be
used to collect the data. To understand the work flow , data
would be collected through brief interviews with members of
different teams. Qualitative interview will be conducted with
the below mentioned list of people .

Documentations will be another source that will serve the
data collection part, Process Documents of various
functional teams will be used to understand the production
work flow.
Exploratory research methodology i.e. collection of data
from sources like internet will be also a research tool that will
used for data collections. The company
website(http://lrn.com/) will be used to understand the
nature and mission of the company.
