Eli.AKSHMI, Was a student of Ayurveda Degree, in Vishnu

.' ornur, Kerala. After the completion of the course, she left

her house for joining the House surgeons' Course, on 18/04/2016. After two
days, on 20/04/2016, she called on me over phone, stating_that she was iQ a
Religious Educational Institution, and asked me to rescue her out of it. As such
I, along with my husband and brother-in-law, went to the Religious Educational .

to cry publicly. Thus I myself and my husband fell uncons<;,L9 us. We have been
suffering from Blood Pressure. When we asked her to accompany

us, she

became frightened and looked in to the face of the people of the institution
who surrounded her, with frightened eyes, and responded that she was not
coming then and she offered to come to us later.
Thereafte r, we complained to the SHO, Balussery Police Station. Accordingly
police promised to arrest and produce her before the JFCM Court-11, Perambra,
on the very next day. But due to unknown reason, she was

produced

on

23/04/16, ie, after two days. Then, she was accompanied and surrounded by a
Gang of men of the Religious Institution mentioned above, with sufficient
criminal force to face any eventuality.

In the court hall also we fell down

unconscious. In spite of seeing all these, Sreelakshmi remained unaffected,

without any expression on her face. We are sure that she was subjected som'e
kind of Black Magic Spell and acted according to the direction of the men who,
accompanied her.
The authorities of the Religious Institution did not allow her, to interact with
us in the court premises nor permitted her to talk independently over Phone as
well, as if she is committed to a 'prison'.
On 1st May, 2016, I along with my husband went to the "THER BIYYATHUL
ISLAM SABHA" Mukhdar, Kozhikode, to meet with our daughter. But the
authorities of the institution did not permit her to contact with us. As it is, I
cried aloud and hearing this the people from the vicinity ,gathered

there~ and

this matter was reported to the 51 of Chemmangad Police station and he

rushed in to the scene. Due to the intervention of the 51 of police we could t alk
her independently in the courtyard of the institution. As such she agree~ t o
come along with us and the Secretary of the Institution intervened

promised

her to produce in the police station on the next day and so t ltat she 'shall be let
free from there. But this was not complied by them.
My only son is presently working in the Indian Navy and

my husband and I,

are living in solitude, now. Our mental and physical healths are being ruined

day by day. She is under the undue influence and coercion of some people,

who are tryrng her to convert in to Islam. We are the followers~ of Hindu
custom and . rites. She never preferred any other religion out of her
independent will. Even, on the previous day of her departure, she had visited
and worshiped in the temple of our locality, and paid offerings to the deity,
along with us.
As such we believe firmly that her mental health is not in a good condition
ndw. She was a very loving daughter to us and a loving sister to her brother
and in the normal state of mind she would never abandon us and accompany
some strangers of the strange religion. As such, it is highly necessary to subject
her to the examination by Medical Experts and to seek a report to the effect.
It is seen that, calls from two cell phone numbers used to come to her phone,
frequently, annoying her by asking to convert in to Islam. This matter wa$
reported to the authorities of the College in which she was studying.
Consequently it was assured by the person calling her that he would not repeat
it ever.
We strongly suspect that this person is acting behind curtain now and his cell
phone Number is 00671557655707.

It is evident that this guy is working

abroad and he is ill motivated to marry her after conversion to Islam by what
so ever means.

We firmly believe

that this guy is part of IS, the Global

Terrorist Group, and we are afraid that he shall take our daughter to abroad
and join with IS, with the full support and

assistan~e

by the Relip ious

Educational Institution mentioned above .

It is disclosed now, that this is the frequent practice by this institution, "1HER
BIYYATHUL ISLAM SABHA" Mukhdar, Kozhikode, that the youths of the

religions are orought there, by resorting to the similar method a_nd converted

Now we are living in a pathetic condition, due to the abduction of our
daughter.
Therefore it is requested humbly to your good office to intervene, at the

earliest and to take sufficient an'd necessary action in this regard.
