HR Assistant: Good morning applicants!

HRA: Yes sir, were sorry but we are not going to accept applicants that dont wear
proper attire and dont know how to be presentable.

HRM: Good morning everyone, I am ______ the Human Resource Manager of this
company. I am assigned to do the interview. So, lets start. Please introduce
yourself.
A#1: Good morning maam, I am _______. Fresh graduate from Far Eastern
University. I am responsible enough to do the entire task that youre going to give
to me. I am punctual, and have good communication skills. Please be the next a#4
A#4: A pleasant morning maam, I am ______. This job that I am applying is my
passion. I have good interpersonal skills, I am creative and diligent. The floor is
yours A#5.
A#5: Good day maam, Its my pleasure to introduce myself. I am _____. I am very
dedicated on every work that I am going do, I am a hard-working person and able to
do a job independently or as a group. Its your turn A#3.
A#3: Good morning maam. I am ______. I am flexible and reliable and I know that I
am suitable for this job.
HRA: After the preliminary interview the Human Resource Manager verifies those
applicants that are really qualified for the job and eliminate those who are not then
proceed to the employment test.
HRM: Now we are going to conduct an employment test. Please answer this one to
measure your intelligence and reasoning ability.
-------Giving test papers to the applicants and they will answer it.
HRA: The next step is for the Department Head or the Supervisor to interview them
and choose for the final applicants for the job.
HRM: All of you passed the preliminary interview and the employment test so now
our department head will have an interview with you.
DH1: What will be your biggest contribution in to our company?

A#5: (raise her hand) May I answer first maam?

DH1: Go ahead.
A#5: For me, I will contribute all of my knowledge, skills and talents that I have in
order be an asset in to your company.
DH2: Well said, how about you A#1?
A#1? Yes maam, way back in high school and college I used to be a member of
Student council in our school. So as a part of it, I experienced on how to lead and be
responsible for all the task that was assigned to me. And now, I will used that
experienced to be an effective employee in to your company.
-------The two supervisors will talk on who are the final applicants.
DH1: The two of you passed this interview, so now you also need to pass the
physical and medical examination to be finally hired.

HRA: A week after the two applicants also passed the physical and medical
examination.
HRM: Since both of you passed all the test, you are now finally hired. So please
come back here this coming Friday for the orientation.
