INTERNAL AUDITOR :Internal auditors work within businesses and organisations to monitor and evaluate how well
risks are being managed, the business is being governed and internal processes are
working.
1.Perform and control the full audit cycle including risk management and control
management over operations effectiveness, financial reliability and compliance with all
applicable directives and regulations
2.Determine internal audit scope and develop annual plans
3.Obtain, analyse and evaluate accounting documentation, previous reports, data,
flowcharts etc
4.Prepare and present reports that reflect audits results and document process
5.Act as an objective source of independent advice to ensure validity, legality and goal

6.Identify loopholes and recommend risk aversion measures and cost savings

LEAD AUDITOR/QMS AUDITOR :
The Lead Quality Auditor manages a team of Internal Quality Auditors in the performance of internal audits,
ensuring that internal audits comply with applicable standards Regulations and guidance (e.g., ISO 19011) and
that resulting reports are fair, impartial, And useful The Lead Auditor is also responsible for selecting competent
internal auditors .

4.Periodically inspect and calibrate auditing tools (e.g., scales, calipers)

ACCOUNTS MANAGER :
FINANCE MANAGER :
1.Provide financial reports and interpret financial information to managerial staff while
recommending further courses of action.
2.Advise on investment activities and provide strategies that the company should take
3.Maintain the financial health of the organisation.
4.Analyse costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results and the companys actual
performance compared to the business plans.
5.Develop trends and projections for the firms finances.

TAX CONSULTANT :
1.Helping businesses and individuals create strategies for dealing with tax and prepare for
their future in the financial market
2.Advising and consulting with clients in order to provide advice about tax legislation, eg
ensuring businesses and assets are properly structured to minimise the incidence of
taxation
3.Advising on employee incentivisation schemes, eg share options, share ownership
trusts, tax-efficient employee benefits and the creation of employee benefit trusts
4.Advising on aspects of property transactions, including acquisitions of foreign property,
and the use of tax-efficient structures in property deals, including the effective use of
partnerships and co-ownership structures
5.Calculating tax liability, ensuring compliance is completed speedily and efficiently, and
submitting tax returns and associated documents by the appropriate deadlines.

PLAN THE PROJECT
1.Define the scope of the project in collaboration with senior management
2.Create a detailed work plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to
successfully complete the project
3.Determine the resources (time, money, equipment, etc) required to complete the project
4.Develop a schedule for project completion that effectively allocates the resources to the
activities
5.Review the project schedule with senior management and all other staff that will be
affected by the project activities; revise the schedule as required
6.Determine the objectives and measures upon which the project will be evaluated at its
completion
STAFF THE PROJECT
1.In consultation with the appropriate manager, recruit, interview and select staff and/or
volunteers with appropriate skills for the project activities
