1) Challenges on today's organization? give your reflection.

There are Challenges that the organizations are facing today, like Technology advancements
For an organization to offer services, which are relevant, cost effective and compatible with
society's needs, modern technology has to be employed. The initial cost of acquiring it,
maintaining and running operations using the acquired technology is inhibitive. This is worsened
by the short lifespan of most technological innovation which imply that companies and or
organizations have to reinvest in current technology frequently so as to sustain their relevance.
Rapid Changes Due to changing internal and external environment, rapid changes in the
company occur. Organizations have to be flexible to adjust to those changes. Diverse
Workforce: A diverse workforce refers to two or more groups, each of whose members are
identifiable and distinguishable based on demographic or other characteristics like gender, age
group, education etc. Several barriers in dealing with diversity include stereotyping, prejudice,
ethnocentrism, discrimination, tokenism, and gender-role stereotypes. And there are a lot more
challenges that today's organizations are facing today but I think these are the most crucial
challenges since these affects the backbone of an organization which are the employees and
technology. If you're employee can't work as one your organization won't reach its goals. If your
organization is so behind in terms of technology if can affect almost everything from information
to communication and production. If an organization can deal with these challenges they will
have a lot chances to fulfill its goals since everyone is on the right track aided with the right
technology.

2) How are you going to handle an incompetent employee?

I would simply talk to the employee and ask some question to determine where they are
struggling and offer support. Ask employees if they need more resources. See where they feel
stuck or frustrated. Once you discover whether the issue results, you can offer additional training,
offer new methods of motivation, and then begin to acknowledge improvement over time. Some
employees have been assigned to responsibilities that do not resonate with their skills and
abilities. If there is a position elsewhere, it may be worthwhile to test the fit of the
underperformer in a new role. Mentoring an employee and lighting their path to achieving their
highest potential.
3) When do you consider an organization, ensure proper coordination?
Organization ensures proper coordination when they achieve organizational objectives efficiently
and effectively, the managers have to give a common direction to group efforts and the working
of different departments. Coordination integrates the functions of all departments and ensures
that all activities aim at accomplishment of organizational objectives. The need of coordination
arises when the organization grows in size. Growth here means increase in number of employees.
Employees with different values, experiences and objectives become part of the organization to
satisfy their needs. In order to bring harmony in the organization, management has to integrate
personal goals with the organizational goals through coordination.
4) How Important is the recruitment process to an organization?
Employing the right people is the most important part of your organization. Recruitment
increases the success rate of selection process by decreasing number of visibly under qualified or
overqualified job applicants. Recruitment process can minimize the time involved in the
searching, interviewing, hiring and training. It can streamline these processes and make your
search for viable candidates much more efficient. It is very important to build a positive image to
your customers, peers and competitors. There is no guarantee that your selection will be correct,
but you can do all that you can to reduce your risks and maximize your potential to hire the right
candidate.
You can find good, qualified, reliable employees for your company if you have a successful
hiring process. Make sure to follow an organized recruitment path and you will find candidates
that will prove to be great assets to your business.
5) Discuss in 30 words the rules of technology in managing in asserting organization?
Technological change will force changes in basic managerial functions. There will be increased
responsibility on management for organization outcomes leading to added emphasis on planning,
decision making, control, and coordination. These will often rely on computer-based

management science techniques which demand a higher intellectual capability of managers. This
will produce strain on managers and other individuals, potentially affecting morale, productivity,
and output.
