in Shaheed Benazir Bhutto university stage. And by subject Project
management which by under super vision by Sir Shafqatullah sheikh
which is the Department of Business administration in SBBU.
Sir Shafqatullah is the Facilitator of of this project management,
Which by we will to try make it real project and designed to apply
their Hypothetical practices in the practical work by small business
Expo. The Small Business Expo sessions place you in the right place
at the right time to build new business relationships, Its the perfect
opportunity to make connections and develop your small business
network with like-minded professionals.
All students take the part in this small business expo by own small
business or with new ideas like: Fresh fruits & vegetables, Interior
Decorator Home services, Art, Restaurant and Fresh juices shop.

Purpose:

Get new leads and prospects,


Find new customers or clients,
Shop for new innovative business products and services,
Learn about the latest business innovations and trends,
Be in the RIGHT place at the RIGHT time for the RIGHT
things, to happen for your business and your career.
The purpose may be to create a better product for Market.

Ensuring that the finished project, as proposed, meets everyone's
needs.
Project's scope explains the boundaries of the project,.

Objectives:
To spread the new business ideas and ways,
Deliver the agreed outcomes of the project to the right scope,
timescales, cost and quality,
Provide communications, reports and progress updates
throughout the lifecycle of the project.
Manage relationships to ensure that all individuals, teams and
areas know what they need to do, when they need to do it and
expected outcomes.
Track and manage progress of the project against the scope,
cost, quality and timescales,

Assumptions:
Poor Communication of Project Assumptions can, sometimes,
lead to Project Failure.
If you failed to properly analyse them, it may affect your
projects outcome.

Team member of Project may not be involved in project
activities.
