Abstract
This paper is focusing on the reasons due to which Pakistan is not
prospering despite many God gifted facilities beside own resources.
Pakistan is a country which enjoys four seasons of the year and it is a
country where people enjoy four agricultural cultivations which none of
the country of the world has enjoyed but even then the country is
under developed and throughout the year this country is dependent on
the loans of IMF and World Bank. This paper highlights few reasons or
forces which are the main hindrance in the prosperity of the country
because this country beside the natural climatic blessings of the God
also have the hardworking man power skills which is available with
very few countries of the world then why its not prospering the way it
should have. This research work has been done after thorough study as
well as thoughts keeping in view the countries of the world got
independent after Pakistan. The result or reasons are very small and
easily understandable provided there is a will to understand. This
country lakes the leadership beside foreign elements which may not be
interested in the prosperity but they definitely wants that this country
due to its geographical location / importance for the rest of the world
remains under their supervision so that whenever they wants they
could very easily manipulate for their interest.
Introduction
Before 14 August 1947, the sub-continent was ruled by the Brithshers. The
English King sitting in London used to rule the complete sub-continent from so far-flung
area with very limited but ingenious and educated lot.
Their style or method of ruling was very beautiful. The used carryout re-search of
the social structure of the area and identify there weak and strong areas and focused on
their needs. They used to select a clever man in the society and nominate him as their

Elche (representative), Am individual who possesses a quality of speaking and

convening the people. They used to give him a title of Malik, Nawab or Khan Bahadur.
They used to make him strong in the society by giving him different incentives and
facilities.
The British raj has to announce specified used to give him extra money, and
other logistic supports due to which his (representatives) got up used to be separate
from the other people and whenever an official from the British raj has to visit some
area, their representative used to be sitting on chair beside that officer. And due to their
support that representative use to rule their poor men of the village, or town and at city
level. The Birtishers used to make an assembly type hall where all these village and
town representative used to sit and get instructions from the British officers and
implement their instructions in their respective areas. Beside other incentives the kind
and kins of these representatives used to visit the foreign countries as well.
In this all duration and process these representatives used to play the politics in
their areas for British raj. But sitting in London and controlling sub-continent also started
struggle for the independence. Now being student of the political science I critically
observe and see things from different perspectives and few questions arises in my mind
like who was those? From where they got education? What was their background? Why
they used to visit London and other countries? Why few leaders were against the
partition? Why partition was not carried on the basis of religion? Why conflicted area
were left?
Now keeping all these questions in mind I will explain the todays political leaders
of the country and describe the ruler class of the country and I am sure that what so
ever is bothering my mind, will also bother the mind of the readers as well and then well
conclude on the future of the country that which are those forces which do not allow us
as a country of nation for perspective and whichever those forces which helping the ant
sider in achieving their goals, still sitting in London and Washington.
As I described earlier that before 1947, the sub-continent was ruled by Britishers
through their representatives who further uses our feudal lords those were Nawab and
Vaderas and when they were leaving the sub-continent they handed over the system of

the government just for supervision to the same representatives which were their
supporters. These representatives are not allowed to take decisions at their own for the
development or prosperity of the country.
Before 1947, the kith and kins of these Vaderas, Maliks or Feudal lords were
studying in Oxford and other universities ant side the country or in HSN (inside the subcontinent) which the Britishers had made for their own sons and daughter and a normal
individual of the sub-continent was not allowed to study in such like institutions.
Now before leaving the sub-continent and separating the sub-continent the
British Raj had ensure few steps.
a. Hand over the political structure to their own people
b. Hand over the government structure and establishment to their own people
c. Keep the people weak by separating the people on the bases of religion, cost
and creed from each other
By doing this they will achieve their goal and their goal was that before 1947 one
Captain or Lieutenant used to sit in a district or in area used to rule that area. Now they
wanted that the same Captain / Lieutenant should be sitting in London and ruling the
country. Although the country got independent from the Britishers and hindos but people
are divided into different segments of the society.
Initially they nominated those leaders or peoples who were grown up under their
own shadows and who had adopted the way of life as the Britishers wanted. I can
nominate few but intentionally I dont want to nominate due to following reasons that
one it is completely my own assessment and analyzation and 2 nd by every individuals
has different point of view about all the leaders so I dont want to create any sort of
misunderstanding as I love Pakistan, I wish that Pakistan live long and prosper and I will
contribute for its prosperity and my aim of writing of visualization of Pakistan properity
and reason / causes for its hurdles in prosperity and how me can subside or contribute
as a nation.

So my own perception is that happening of all these things were pre-planned and
the mastermind was the ruler class of that time. So beside selection of the leaders the
second step taken was handing over of political structure.
Now if we critically examine that those people who were on the pay role of the
British Raj and those who were honored or privileged with the title of Khan Bahadur,
Nawab, Malik, Vadera or Chaudheri were the best choice for the Britishers. They also all
used to visit the kingdom. These political using and people were handed over to the
same lot. After 70 years of the so called independence our political structure in the
hands of the ruler class, we till now are unable to create any nelson mandella and
beside political hold of a single party or wing. All those political leader or ruling class are
co-related to each other. They are having mutual marriages of sons and daughter with
each other and even there are families where one brother is from one party and the
other is from other party and that family is having all the time one offshoot in a
government but on the other hand our poor and uneducated lot of people are working
for those upper class of the society since ages.
And the third and most important part played by British Raj was handing over the
government structure that is Beurocracy and the establishment to the group who follows
their instructions. As we say that the develop countries are planning for at least a
hundred years a head so in this case hey have also did the same thin. Before 194 when
they nominated their representatives in the sub-continent at that time the kids of those
representatives were taken away for studies in their own institution which become
fruitful for them at the time of partition.
Because by the time of partition all those students were able to be appointed on
lucrative jobs and appointed and the rope of the Beurocracy and establishment was
handed over to this selected lot. This selected lot were qualified from very high standard
education institution and they could very easily qualify the competitive examinations.
Now I request the readers to concentrate on this two things that how cleverly the British
Raj played with sub-continent that they have left and divided the sub-continent leaving
the sub-continent people in conflict for ages because these unsettled issued can never

be resolved and at the same time right sitting in the London they are controlling our
complete system of the government even if we want we cannot do anything.
The prosperity of the country is in their hand. We as a nation of not slave are
surviving as a slave nation. There is a need to give the leadership to the individuals who
belongs to the gran root and lower class of the society.
For this if we are a nation should think and plan that how we can achieve this
goal if not for ourselves then at least for our coming generation.
Conclusion
Pakistan is a very prodigious country and there is no doubt in it that Pakistan has
got independence with the blessing of Allah almighty and there is some purpose for
which Allah has created this piece of land which only God knows. The people of the
country are very great and that time is not so for when the people and country will
prosper. The only thing or the first most thing for which we all should agree, sacrifice
and compromise our personal identity and accept ourselves as only Pakistani I am
hundred percent sure the day when we wake up as one nation and recognize ourselves
as only Pakistani then non of the nation of the world ca stop us from prosperity and
successes ahead. Now its our national obligations that we work for the country only.
