Economic Problems in Indonesia

Indonesia is a rich country. But it must be recognized that there are many resources owned by
Indonesia or not fully utilized even strangers who actually managed to exploit the natural
wealth of Indonesia. It is one of Indonesia's economic problems. In the long term the
government must deliver Indonesian society to prosperity , well-being and spiritual birth and
had to face long-term problems just as the problem of economic growth . While in the short
term the government has to always be able to help create a climate conducive business /
support of all parties . And indeed the government's success in the long term can not be
separated from its ability to deal with this short-term economic problems.
Here are some of the economic problems in Indonesia are:

1. ECONOMIC COST HIGH

It is also a classic problem in the industrialized world.
There are many things that cause high production costs.
Among them is extortion / bribes is not only done in secret, but rarely open

2. UNEMPLOYMENT
This is a classic problem that has not been solved completely.
From year to year the number of unemployed in Indonesia is increasing.
Government efforts to create jobs can not solve this problem.

3. MATERIALS SCARCITY
Market operations conducted by the government when prices start rising staple certainly does
not help resolve this issue.
Scarcity of basic commodities is a very common problem in regions outside Java due to
technical reasons such as transportation.

But fasting, Eid and Christmas certainly java regions are also experiencing the same problem

4. ECONOMIC REGULATION
Several times the government issued a decree on the regulation of the economy that are not
considered suitable for the Indonesian economy.

5. INTEREST HIGH LEVEL OF BANKING

The interest rate is one indicator of the presence / healthy economy of Indonesia.
Interest rates are too high or too low will affect the economy.

6. HIGH VALUE OF INFLATION

Inflation would be devastating for the economy of a country, including Indonesia.
An Indonesia, the inflation rate is high and many subsequent economic problems that occur
because of inflation.
Moreover, inflation in Indonesia is very 'sensitive' easy ride. For example, although it is only
affected by the high price of cayenne some time ago

A. Conclusion

Of the problems that we have read the above , we can conclude that the economic problems
facing the State Indonesia very much , such as unemployment , high economic costs ,
economic regulation , deficiency , high bank interest , and high inflation
Underdevelopment faced by Indonesia is sad because the technology is owned by the State
Indonesia lags far behind the foreign countries , the issue should be considered better than a
factor of education and the level of discipline must be improved so that this problem could be
even better than before .

Unemployment in Indonesia has increased due to construction work very hard to be improved
should work peekembangan greater that unemployment berkuraang in Indonesia .
