Your Analysis
How important are dialogue and substantive conversation in the classroom in terms of
students learning?
It is very important for the teacher and students interaction. They can easily clarify
misconceptions as well as misunderstandings. It leads to a knowledgeable setting where the
students will learn and the teacher solves the difficulties encountered by his students.

What learning benefits could teachers and students draw from intentional classroom
dialogue?
Through intentional dialogue both of them can learn by understanding each other for
the teacher to evaluate where or which part of the topic the students find difficulties and for
the students to make things clear out with the topic to their teacher. After knowing the
difficulties of his students, he finds a creative way wherein his students can understand the
topic. Thus, formulating another method of teaching, strategies and techniques that will help
him grow to become a more effective and efficient teacher for his students.
