RE : Employment Contract
Dear Mr. Ansag
You are being hired by Jesmainejon Electrical Services effective January
8,2010 as Metering Lineman under the terms and conditions of this contract
for (Employment Contract).
1. Term of Employment
Your employment as regular employee shall be effective as of January
8,2010.
2. Designated Positions and Supervision
For your employment with the company, you will be designated as
Metering Lineman. You will directly report to Jilly Rose Tondo or to
Desiree Jane Polo our Staff Leaders, who is designated to exercise
supervision and control over your work and conduct. The Company
may at any time, in its discretion, require you to report to different
Leader taking into account the exigencies of the business.
3. Duties and Responsibilities
The scope of your duties and responsibilities are outlined in Schedule
1. Attached hereto as Scope of Responsibilities and made an integral
part of this Employment Contract. You shall be primarily responsible for
the connections and transfer of meters, removal and replacement and
reconnections of active accounts, as well as other assignments and
responsibilities designated by the company.
It is hereby understood that the Company has the sole prerogative to
include other responsibilities to your position other than those listed in
schedule 1. It is also understood that the Company has the right to
change your designation, responsibilities, and such other work related
matters to meet and/or suit the needs and demand of the Company.
4. Compensation and Other Benefits
For and in consideration of the services you will render, you will be
entitled to compensation at a piece work given to you. Computation of
which is being attached to your payroll every 15th and 30th of every

month. You will also be entitled to those statutory benefits that you are
entitled to under relevant to Philippine Labor laws and regulation. Of
which such as SSS, Philhealth and Pag Ibig.
5. Hours and Place of Work
You will be required to work during the working hours and days
specifically set forth in Schedule 2 n(Schedule of Working Hours and
Days0, which is attached hereto and made an integral part of this
Contract. Nevertheless, you are hereby acknowledge, confirm and
accept the discretion and prerogative of the Company to adjust your
working hours and schedule as the nature of your position may require,
or as the Company may deem necessary in order to meet operational
requirements. You also agree that in case of heavy workload, lack of
personnel or an emergency, you shall render excess time as
determined by your supervisor, other superiors or by any of the
Companys duly authorized representative to enable us to cope up with
time required to finished the job as stipulated in our contract with the
first party.
Your place of work or assignment are at Cotabato City, Sultan Kudarat
and Awang Areas. However, you confirm, acknowledge and accept that
it is the right and discretion of the Company to transfer or assign you
to any other place of work in order to meet its operational
requirements.
6. Accountability
You shall be accountable for all office equipments, supplies, materials
and Company owned properties (the Company Properties ) provided
to you, which shall be immediately turn over to the Company at any
time upon request during the period of your employment. Immediately
upon termination of your employment, you undertake to surrender to
the Company all the Company Property without need to demand.
Please signify your acceptance of the foregoing terms and conditions of
your Employment Contract by signing on the space provided for below.
