her head and break her neck. As he was turning her head he told her that he was
trying to break her neck. She was able to get away from the offender and has been

altercation. She was given the case number for this report and instructed to follow
up with the charges and how to obtain a protective order.

come back tonight, though she does not know where he is. She stated she did have
some where else she could stay and was advised not to go home until she was able
to get a protective order, speak with the prosecutor, and have officers meet her at
her house to serve the protective order.

CONDIFF, M. V.

I was dispatched to 1715 S Kenmore in reference to a Harassment Report. On

scene, I spoke to the victim, later identified as A. Lankford. Lankford stated she
and the suspect, later identified as H. Oldham, have a child together. Lankford
also stated she had a Protective Order against Oldham.
Lankford stated she had went over to the address where Oldham is staying (616
E Iowa) to pick up their son after Oldham`s Parenting Time. Lankford stated she
normally pulls in front of the address and texts her son to come out to her.
Lankford stated that tonight when she went to pick him up, Oldham was standing
out in front of the house with their son. Lankford stated she rolled down her
window and told her son to get his things and come to the car.
Lankford continued that her son had to go in the house to get his stuff and
Oldham began yelling at her and walking toward the car. Lankford stated she had
to roll up the windows as Oldham got closer, but she could still hear him yelling at
her. Lankford stated her son got in the car and they left without further incident.
Lankford claims that Oldham has been texting her throughout the evening in
reference to the hearing for the protective order which is set for tomorrow`s date of
09-19-2016. Lankford showed me her cell phone, and there were texts back and
forth between Lankford and Oldham.

NEIGHBORS, K. R.

Dispatched to 5104 Sweetser Ave in reference to a Medical Assist. On scene

contact was made with a female identified as L.Gruebel. Gruebel stated she was
"beat up" by an unknown male. I advised to Gruebel I was aware of previous runs
here, and I`m trying to help, but she needed to be more open on what`s going on.
Gruebel then became defensive and stated " I`m not going to be scolded by you"
and she wanted to get her belongings and go. I advised Dispatch to have AMR
come to the scene to check out Gruebel. I advised Gruebel AMR was down the
street and they would be there shortly, and I walked to 5104 Sweetser to make
contact with the other involved party A. Hefele.
Hefele stated he was downstairs sleeping when he received a text from Gruebel
asking him to make her some mashed potatoes. Hefele stated he got up and made
her potatoes and baked a pizza also. Hefele stated he took the food downstairs with
him, and he and Gruebel were watching a movie while she ate. Hefele stated he
asked Gruebel why she told her father he was a "lunatic" and Gruebel became irate
and began yelling at Hefele. Hefele stated they began arguing and Gruebel then
walked upstairs and began throwing dishes and knocking over items in the kitchen.
Hefele stated he never placed a hand on Gruebel other then to restrain her from
breaking any more of his mothers items in the kitchen. Hefele stated Gruebel then
walked outside and took black finger nail polish and poured it on his car and on
the front porch. Hefele stated Greubel also damaged the light post in the front
yard. Hefele stated Gruebel than stated she was going to call the police on him
before she called them on her.
Gruebel told AMR that she got the bump on her head earlier tonight, and did not
receive the bump from their latest altercation. Gruebel advised she did not want to
press charges, and Hefele stated he did not want to press charges either. Gruebel
then advised to Hefele she wanted to go back inside, and both parties went into the
home with Hefele`s mother.
