Supplementary Exam Registration

NOTE : PLEASE USE MOZILLA FIREFOX BROWSER
Only students who Failed or Absent (F Grade) for End Sem Exam or Summer Course Registered
(FE grade) can register for the Supplementary Examination. Malpractice/Debarred students cannot
register for Supplementary Examination. College has to verify this before registering.
Who can do?
Students can choose the courses for which they wish to do Supplementary registration and submit to
the college and pay the fees. College can also do the choose/modify the courses on the behalf of
students. Once courses are chosen, colleges need to make the submission of all the registrations to
the university and make the total fee payment online through the portal.
Student Registration
Students can request for courses in which they wish to do supplementary exam registration through
their login. Select Exam -> Examinations the screen appears as follows.

On clicking the Register button a screen for the registering for supplementary exam will be
displayed as shown below.

Choose the courses in which the student need to attend the supplementary exam and click on Save
button.
The supplementary registration request can be exported and printed by clicking on the Print button.
This is not a fee payment receipt.
Institution Registration
College can register students for supplementary examination through the college KTU login.
To register for supplementary examination click on Exam -> Exams. The following screen appears.

On clicking the Register button for the exam, the following screen appears.

Choose the students in based on Program and Branch.

For students who attended the summer classes, there is no registration fee and on choosing the
student the screen appears as follows.

On choosing the students who failed in first semester exam, the screen appears as follows.

Select the subjects in which the student need to register for the supplementary examination and
click on Save button.
On saving successfully, the screen appears as follows.

The registration receipt to can be generated by clicking on the Print button. The receipt generated is
shown below.

Registered Students
To view the students registered for the supplementary examination, click on the Registered
Students button. The following screen appears.

Students can be filtered based on Program, Branch etc. The list of students can be exported by
clicking on the Export button.
Registration Submission
To submit the registration, click on the Registration Submission button. A screen appears as
follows.

Select the subjects and if there is no registration select No registration and click Submit button.

The status of the exam will be changed as Registration Completed when the registration is
complete.

Supplementary registration fees will be displayed in the dashboard after completion of registration
as shown below.

Colleges need to make the payment of the fee.
