The interactions and the exchanging of thoughts among
the students and teachers, just like in the society. The unity,

Your
Analysis

How
important
are
dialogue
and

substantive conversation in the classroom in terms of

students learning?

Having a dialogue and substantive

conversation in the classroom in terms of
students learning is very important because they
see if the students are capable of analyzing the
lesson. Also, some of the students are not
listening, their physical appearance but their
mental or mind is absence. It is also important to
have a conversation in classroom in order the
make the class active and lively and so that
every student are aware of what the lesson is all
about and in order for the students to be not
bored.

What learning benefits could teachers and students draw

from intentional classroom dialogue?

The learning benefits that the teacher and students

could get from international dialogue is that they will
develop their thought processes and make for much
more engaging conversation and to improve the
vocabulary and speaking confidence of the two.

Your Analysis

Why should teachers know about curriculum design?

Knowing the curriculum design is very important
because it will help the teacher understand better the
importance of each unit they are teaching during the
year and how it relates to other units both past and
present. It is also good for them to understand the
reasons behind the model for the curriculum they are
teaching.
What do most principles and theories of curriculum
development have in common? How is this commonality
expressed or spelled out in the curriculum of the class you
have observed?
The principles and theories of curriculum
development that have the same in common is the
total learning experience and how the students are the
center of the learning. If the students did not
understand the lesson, the teacher provides another
task or activity for the students so that they will
understand it now.

Your Reflections

From your FS experience, keep in touch with our most meaningful learning and express it through
abstract visual representation. Please use appropriate colors to represent your feelings and significant
learning.

The teachers are our second parent in the school. The role of
them is to feed us learning and take care of us no matter what and
they seem to be a doctor to us whenever we got sick inside the room.
They never want us to path the wrong way thats why they give us
their full effort to teach us, to feed us good manners and right
conduct.

important is involvement of all stakeholders of the school in

the schools program and activities?

Involvement of all stakeholders of the school in

these school programs and activities is very important
especially the parents and other school staffs. They
can help in giving brilliant ideas or how the programs
and activities can be more intellectual. Their
cooperation and support can make the school well and
because of the contribution made by the schools can
barely enough to cover core academic programs.
What specific principle of curriculum development justifies
the importance of cooperation and collaboration among all
stakeholders of the school?
Stakeholders have the power to grant or decline all
programs in school. If they do not get involved in the
activities or programs, there were no probably activities to be
implemented at all. Also, being involved in these events,
parents see how much the school is dedicated for their
childrens learning.

Your Analysis

How important is it for teachers and curriculum planners to

anchor their curricular plans to specific theories and
principles of curriculum development?
Curriculum and theories development serve as the basis
of learning and how it should be taught. If the teachers did
not follow it, they might make a mistake and missing some
important aspect. As an educator, we need to teach our
students according the curriculum guide and if it is not based
in the curriculum, we are not allowed to ask the learners to
repeat the level to relearn everything gain.
Aside from the teachers, who else should be involved in the
curriculum planning? Explain our thoughts.
The parents and school staffs are also involved in the
curriculum planning. They should be involved so that
they can share ideas that will help the curriculum
intellectual.

Your Reflections
From your FS experience, take a look into your significant learning and personal reflection. Express
it in a simple poem. Then share it with your classmates and FS teacher.

Teachers our heroes

They serve for the good of nations.
They treat their students as their own siblings
They never wanted you to path the wrong ways.
They serve as role model in school.

They give their full effort and

Your Analysis

Why do teachers need to align the objectives, strategies and

assessment?
When we are making objectives, it should be align
with the strategies and assessment you are using so
that you will assured that we are doing the right thing
in educating our students. And if it is not aligned, we
will not assure.

How should teachers align their objectives, strategies, and

assessment? Suggest some strategies.
In aligning objectives with strategies, you must consider
the availabikity of the instructional materials you want to use.
Next, consider the skills you want your students to develop
and the strategies you want to implement.

Your Reflections

What has been your most meaningful experience in this

episode? What makes it meaningful to you? How could such
an experience help you become a better teacher?

One of the most meaningful experiences during this

episode experienced was when observing the students
during the group work activity. They are very active
and alive during the activity.
